📋 House Rules

To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please observe the following:

• No parties, events, or gatherings

• No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere inside the apartment, including the balcony. Smoking is identified through inspections and odour detection.

A $600 smoking remediation fee will apply to cover deep cleaning and deodorisation, with additional costs charged if required.

• No pets allowed

• Only registered guests may stay overnight

• Please do not log out of or modify the Netflix profiles, so future guests can also enjoy the service

• Please observe quiet hours from 10:00pm to 7:00am

🪑 Furniture & Equipment Care

• Please use all furniture and appliances with care

• Report any damage or issues promptly

Guests are responsible for any damage to the apartment or its contents beyond normal wear and tear. Costs for repair or replacement may be charged in line with platform policies.

🔑 Keys & Access Items

Lost or damaged keys, fobs or remotes will incur replacement charges as follows:

– Access fob/card: $100

– Remote: $250

– Entire key set: $600

Charges reflect replacement, programming and administrative costs.
