Good location Well laid out Not clean … stale smell of cooking as you enter the property. Toilets not clean, verandah had dog biscuits from previous tenants and dog wee up the walls . Under lounges food and junk left and something spilt on lounge not cleaned off

Great location, access instructions seemed complicated but weren't, property needs quite a few minor things - main shower head does not stay up properly, cutlery & crockery not clean (luckily we didn't need it), fridge isn't level, one air-con remote, there was a smell in the unit (we kept laundry shut as it seemed to be in there & we didn't need to use it thankfully). Also property management took a security deposit which I was unaware of.
