「Very easy walk to Manuka arcade, clean and pet friendly with secured backyard」

「The property was beautiful, clean and well equipped. It was perfect for us with a young family. The hosts were lovely and very approachable. We will definitely stay there again.」

「The place was filthy, stains on the carpet dirty windows. Broken doors & the garden was over grown so couldn't use it. Also 2 cars in garden that host said were being moved, but after looking properly in to it they have been there for months. Photos used in the advert on website are years old, from when the property was sold 2 years ago, so very misleading. Had no communication from host. Would not recommend staying here at all. We were very disappointed.」

「Clean and neat property. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Reverse cycle AC kept us warm and toasty during our visit at the height of winter.」

「Overall first impression appearance is good, house appears neat and tidy. However does not match photos Positives- Lovely quiet area; Beds very comfortable & bedrooms all very spacious. Had issue connecting to wifi which we contacted Stayz about, Owner quick to make contact & rectify for us. Living room spacious with enough seating areas. 「Great place to stay as a family of 6, close to shopping and all the events we were in Canberra for」

「The property is in a great location, leafy older suburb with stunning old and new houses, close to shops, restaurants and tourist spots. The 3 bedrooms all gave queen beds. The share bathroom even has an TV so you can have a bath and not miss out. We were guests in winter so didn’t use the outdoors which was well setup fir casual drinks and dinner」

「The house and property were absolutely beautiful—very clean and perfect for a family stay. The only minor feedback would be that the kitchen could use a few more oven trays and dishes. We were also woken at 7am by the gardener who turned on the sprinklers and then began mowing the lawn. While we completely understand the need for property maintenance, it would have been appreciated if we had been notified in advance.」

「Wonderful place to stay. Photos were accurate. Lounge chairs were really comfortable. Would definitely recommend to my friends and stay again if in the area.」
