Beautiful duplex next to the sea with terrace and swimming pool in Caletillas, Candelaria. Beautifully decorated and with a large terrace where you can have breakfast and relax while looking at the sea. With two bedrooms, capacity for 4 people, fibre Wifi Internet designed for teleworking, air conditioning and Smart TV. An unbeatable location, just a few minutes from the beach and the seafront avenue, where you can enjoy its typical food restaurants and breathe the atmosphere of the area.

Divided into two floors, this house is ideal for families, couples and business trips, as it can accommodate up to 4 people. On the upper floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a nice living room with air conditioning, a toilet and a large outdoor terrace overlooking the sea, where you can sunbathe or have lunch. On the ground floor there is a complete bathroom and two large double bedrooms, the main one with a double bed and the second one with a trundle bed. The property has fibre Wifi Internet, designed for teleworking, Smart TV and two beautiful communal swimming pools with sea views.

Strategically located, just a few minutes from the beach and the promenade, with a local atmosphere, where you can enjoy its restaurants and cafes.

It has a fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine, hairdryer, bed linen, shower towels, cot and high chair, air conditioning in the living room, fibre Wifi Internet and communal swimming pool.

Liebevoll, bis zum letzten Detail eingerichtet...

Ich reise viel, bisher habe ich aber keine Wohnung gemietet, die mit allem ausgestattet und bis zum letzten Detail liebevoll eingerichtet war. Wohnung hat große Terrasse mit wunderschönem direkten Blick auf Meer, ist durch zwei Etagen durchgezogen. In einer Etage befindet sich die Küche, Wohnzimmer und Bad mit WC und Waschbecken und in der zweiten 2 Schlafzimmer und Bad mit WC, Dusche und Waschbecken. Die Lage ist sehr gut - paar Meter weiter ein Restaurant, 24 Std. Laden und ca. 2 km zu Fuß bis zum Stadtzentrum.
