「Un problème de communication a engendré un palabre dû à la présence du chien, ce qui n'avait pas été transmis. La gestion et la résolution de ce contre-temps a été parfaitement satisfaisante. Hotel très agréable, ambiance familiale, endroit calme et magnifique.」

「Een prachtige lokatie hoog in de bergen met heel veel wandelroutes. we hadden alleen een kamer aan de achterkant, zonder uitzicht. De spa bleek niet te werken en dus niet toegankelijk. Het ontbijt was compleet maar zonder verse jus d’orange. De diners waren goed, maar je werd wel bediend alsof je halfpension had geboekt en dat hadden wij niet. 2 tijdslots dus werd allemaal wel snel achterelkaar opgediend. Verder prima.」

「Es un hotel que lo veía cada vez que iba a esquiar al valle de Aran. Ahora que no tengo casa, me acordé y lo reservé. Lo más positivo es la piscina y gimnasio. La única pega es que está un poco lejos de las pistas. Creo que repetiré」

「Bon séjour. Mais j'ai voulu interrompre un jour plus tôt, ce qui n'a pas été possible. L'hotelier me dit que je suis passée par expédia ! Bref traiter en direct c'est plus simple. Sinon les repas il faudrait revoir les légumes de saison」

La única queixa és cap a hotels.com, ja que vam trobar un preu més barat en una altra plataforma i no van voler-nos-la igualar, dient-nos que els enviessim captures de pantalla per certificar-ho (quan ja ho haviem fet). Com que ja havien passat uns dies, el preu ja havia pujat, tot i així, era més barat. Després ja ni ens van contestar. És a dir que no cal perdre temps, com a mínim per la nostra experiència, no igualen ofertes!」

「The hotel is located near the center of the city with a walking distance to restaurants, stores and even a large supermarket. There is a parking space next to the hotel (not an official garage). Since we visited out of the high season, we had no problem finding a space. Regarding the employees, some are very kind and some aren't. The air-conditioner in our room wasn't really effective. Breakfast was mediocre. 」
