「We came 2 hours earlier than check in time, hotel staff went out of their way finding rooms for us. We were given rooms with balcony and a beautiful view at a high floor. Great service. 」

All staff in general, and shout out especially to Rizki at the reception desk who assigned us room with wonderful view, and Aulia at the breakfast room who went extra mile to respond to our feedback on salty food and spoiled fruit, and talked to the chef. 「The dirtiest hotel we have seen so far on our Indonesia trips (we have been easily in over 25 hotels so far). Also the first time we requested to get new rooms ever. First room: Garbage on the floor, hairs in the bed, clear sign of sheets not changed, walls need repainting, tv screen dirty, used guest shoes, huge spider webs in corners, dusty windows, stsins in bath room snd towels etc. etc. Management either does not know better or does not care. It is one thing that some parts need...

「沢山のホテルがあるバンドンで、敢えてココを選ぶ必要はないのかなあ、と思いました。幹線道路に近く騒音がひどい。部屋に冷蔵庫がない。バスタブもない。これで四つ星とは…お値段もそこそこしますしね。シャワーの勢いも今ひとつ。シャワーブースから水が漏れるんで床が水浸しに。」

「Mooi hotel, sfeervolle inrichting. Lekker ontbijt (a la carte) en uitstekende service. Mogelijkheid om tours te boeken naar bv. kawah putih met gids (aanrader!). Kamer is netjes, wordt elke dag gepoetst. Op weekdagen werden we op het derde verdiep gewekt door de speaker van de nabijgelegen school. Dit is een beetje jammer.」
