“We were a bit concerned about our choice to stay here, as the previous reviews were mixed and some not ideal (Having now stayed we understand why). With that in mind, we paid for a Suite with Bath with a view to getting one of the better rooms, which we believe we did.
Positives: Great location. The most spectacular views in the city from the rooftop. Excellent breakfast served each morning. Option to sit on rooftop after a long day seeing the sights. Spacious room overlooking the square……

“A pet friendly hotel with most kind and helpful staff.
When we requested to stay an extra couple of days they struggled with the computer but said - just stay , we will sort the computer out before you go . A great relief !
Will be staying there at Christmas too .

“The staff were excellent and helpful. The roof terrace wasn't available due to wind and the junior suite opened to the side of the building with a view to the plaza in front of the cathedral with a bit of a stretch.
The floor wasn't very clean in our room and what at first appeared to be complementary water and coffee was definitely not gratis.
The location is perfect and parking is possible but around the corner, requiring a staff member to assist in parking and retrieving a car.

“Unfortunately, we had a very small room and no window facing outside, only one facing the hallway. Because of that, we couldn’t sleep well since it was very noisy. The wall panel behind the bed was loose and moved when touched, and next to the bed there was a large hole in the wall where electrical outlets were apparently supposed to be.”
