Fully equipped apartment with refined decoration, TV, WIFI, fully air-conditioned, fully equipped American kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms,
a south-facing terrace with a superb view, and a north-facing terrace for shaded lunches.
Located 400 meters from the city center, old port, Forville market, Palais des Festivals 6 minutes on foot. 1 closed garage box available to travellers.

This appartment is composed of :

-An entrance,
-A double bright living room, TV, WIFI, relaxation area, dining table, all opening onto a terrace with a splendid open sea view,
-A fully equipped American-style open kitchen,
- Bedroom 1 with sea view: 1 queen size bed (160 cm) with its private shower room + toilet and closet
dressing room,
- Bedroom 2 with sea view: 1 double bed (140 cm) with its private bathroom + toilet and dressing closet,
- Bedroom 3: 2 single beds with its private shower room, bedroom opening onto an equipped terrace
to the North (bbq, dinner table, etc.) with a view of the tower of the Château de la Castre-Le Suquet.
A laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
1 closed car park.

Guests have access to the entire apartment.

## Interaction

I live in Cannes and am available by phone (SMS, Whatssap, calls) and can move me in case of problem for the smooth running of your stay. I will be in front of the building for the delivery of the keys to explain everything and answer your questions.
The check-in is between 16 hours and 20 hours. If the check-in is later than 20 hours, please contact me to arrange an independent check-in.
I also offer private concierge services on request, such as Shuttle services, household services or organization of tourist activities. Feel free to contact me for more information.

you will reach the city center in 5 min walk along the beaches, old port, hotels and Croisette.
You can to enjoy and take a drink on the roof top to the "1835 white palm hotel" an essential stop to admire the view of cannes and mountains.
The fresh "Forville market" legums, fruits, meats, cheeses flowers, not to mention the tapas and seafood bars all around the market.

All the shops are in the immediate vicinity:
-all types of restaurants,
-Local fresh forville market : 200 meters,
-Supermarket Lidll : 150 meters away.
