A little paradise on the Cap, welcome in our villa in 2026

Dear traveller we hope you are doing well.

We welcome you to stay in our villa!

Luxury, 4 bedroom villa (sleeps 8). The villa has air conditioning, 3 bathrooms, 4 toilets, separate dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a separate laundry room.
The villa is beautifully decorated and situated in a quiet area.
The large child protected swimming pool (13 x 6 m) is surrounded by idyllic seating and lounge areas, flowers and mediterranean trees.
POOLHEATING available upon request (not possible during winter months).

Only 5-10 minutes walk from several picturesque beaches such as:
- La Garoupe, Plage Keller with sunbeds and several small restaurants on beach and
- Plage des Ondes for snorkling and beautiful sunsets.
Located in the middle of the Cap d'Antibes. Walking distance to Antibes and Juan les Pins is 20-30 minutes. From the villa you can start a beautiful nature walk around the Cap (protected natural site), or walk to the famous hotel Eden Roc, or enjoy a drink and the sunset at the terrace of the beach club of les Pecheurs.
Small local shops around the corner.
20 minutes by car from Nice (airport) and Cannes.

I rented this house for a month. There were five adults for the first two weeks and eight for the second two weeks. We were all very comfortable and had plenty of space in the kitchen, dining room and living room. The outside is quite lovely with lots of seating around the pool.We could walk to the bus or easily walk to Antibes and beaches.Natalie took very good care of us and was very responsive to any situation or problem.Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We had a fantastic week in Antibes. Beautiful well equipped house with everything you could need. A large pool and nice outdoor spaces for socializing. Our host Natalie made sure we had a great stay. The owners were also very accommodating even though we encountered problems beyond their control.

Beautiful house and pool area at Cap de Antibes

We had a very nice stay in this beautiful house. It would be nice to be back next summer. The location of the house in the VRBO App is not correct - it must be changed, so the clients is not confused about the location.

Not as advertised!

The property is not as advertised.A few things to be aware when you book this property. You definitely need a car. The property is dated and many equipment are not working. The ants in the property is definitely an issue. The fact that the property is having the pesticide available to their customers is a very telling sign. Ants were everywhere, in the bedroom, living room, dinning room etc. The property needs a serious repair. The dishwasher was leaking and the door handle of the upstairs bathroom comes a part very easily. One of the bedroom downstairs had uneven floor and my son fell as he was walking.The manager told us upon arrival that there is construction going on next door from 8 am to 5 pm everyday. Not sure why she did not tell us about that since I reserved the property 2 months in advance. We could not stay at the house some days in the morning because the construction noise was unbearable.In addition, the property manager also told us that the week we are arrive, they will have tree pruning done for the entire property. Crazy!!! Not worth the price. Cap d’antibe is beautiful. Don’t stay in this location. Thanks

A beautiful villa with everything you need to escape

We had such a wonderful stay. Everything in our eyes was perfect. The pool was beautiful and warm (extra but worth it). The kitchen was very well equipped, and the dining areas were very charming - inside and out. All the bedrooms were lovely and comfy beds. The property manager was very helpful and always responsive. It was the perfect honeymoon, even with a toddler! We'd love to come back.

We had a great holiday and loved the house and pool. Nathalie was very helpful and check in and out was easy. Would definitely like to visit again. The house is in a great location and everything is easy to get to. We used our bikes a lot.

Such a fantastic villa! We were 5 persons and a small dog at the villa. It has a really good location, quiet area, close to beaches, nice big pool! the house is really nicely decorated. Amazing villa

We had a very nice week in a stunning villa. It was much better than the desription. Big house with lot of social space. Fantastic pool area with nice furniture and decoration. Area was quiet. Close walk to beaches and small stores. Easy access to Antibes city with bus, just outside. We had an wonderful and relaxing week. Would love to come back !

Antibes 2 story house with pool

We loved this property. It was really too large for us (we only had 3 adults), but we chose it because we needed a downstairs bedroom. As it turned out, we used and enjoyed the three different eating areas. The kitchen and property is well equipped for cooking, and living as we would at home. The pool was heated per our request, and my husband enjoyed swimming daily as he does at our home in California. It was delightful, and the host was always available. Thank-you for the wonderful stay!!!

Opplevelsen var fantastisk fra start til slutt. Eier Simone og vert Nathalie hjalp oss med alle våre spørsmål. Velkomsten vi fikk var enestående, vi følte oss virkelig velkommen. Huset i seg selv, med uteområde og basseng, var enestående. Store lyse soverom, fantastisk kjøkken og spisebord, og en veldig koselig stue gjorde at vi trivdes veldig godt. Området rundt er godt egnet for turer, fondet er en kort tur med bil inn til gamlebyen i Antibes (ca 4-5 min). Uber fungerte svært godt. Vi hadde ei fantastisk langhelg, og kommer gjerne tilbake.

Beautiful relaxing villa

We had a lovely stay in this villa. Outside area is very nice and quiet, with shade and sunny areas available. Pool is large and warm. Air con in bedrooms and dining area is effective. Beds comfortable. Plenty of towels and well equipped kitchen. Garoupe beach is a 10-15 mins walk with a few restaurants. It’s easy to get Ubers to local towns and restaurants. Would stay again.
