The hotel was beautifully presented and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel had a small number of parking spaces, which as it was winter I was able to use. It is located outside the centre and so waling into Antibes was not possible during my visit due to the weather.

The location is not convenient if you plan to go downtown frequently — a round trip can easily cost around $25 by taxi or rideshare each time, which adds up quickly. No continent stores or breakfast place is in walking distance. The room itself felt awkwardly designed. Closets and millwork seemed poorly planned, making the layout uncomfortable. Unfortunately, cleanliness was also an issue: the bed sheets didn’t feel fresh, and the pillows had an unpleasant odor as if they hadn’t been washed in a long time. On the positive side, the water pressure in the bathroom was excellent, which made showers enjoyable. Overall, this hotel fell short of expectations and needs improvement in cleanliness and room design to justify the stay.

Great location & rates, roomy, nice staff

We needed a hotel convenient to Antibes for a night. The spacious 3rd floor room we were given had a small balcony, a great bathroom with an excellent shower, proper wardrobe, room for two chairs, decent sized bed. Perhaps not the best hotel bed ever but decent good size for two, and bedding was cozy. One of the best values we've experienced in the area. Young lady on duty when we arrived was welcoming, cheerful and helpful. Housekeeping was equally friendly. About a 10 minute walk to Port Vauban, 15 or so to Old Town. Right next to it there is a small market & a boulangerie for snacks. We arrived into the Nice Airport just after 5 PM. Hopped the 620 bus which stops right across the street from NCE and in 25 minutes were 1-1/2 blocks from this hotel. Easier, faster than the train! Happy to have found this place for future visits.

Not what it was

I have stayed in this hotel since it was new, maybe 15 nights. It used to be fantastic, but it is showing its age. The chairs in the room are disintegrating and leave black material all over the floor. The room aircon would not go below 23 degrees - it took the manager to come up, see for himself, then make an adjustment on his computer in the office. The aircon was barely okay when it was finally working, it will not be sufficient when it gets hotter in the summer. The hotel always used to supply 2 bottles of water, not anymore. This used to be such a good hotel. The breakfast is still very good, as are the staff.
