Perfect & easy location to explore Cannes and the area. Well appointed apartment and very welcoming and helpful team. Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Travelled with 3 teens who were able to enjoy some independence easily from this location and who loved the closeness of shops.

Great Location

The location was perfect, close to shopping, restaurants, markets and beach. Our apartment was on the 4th floor and quiet at night. Very helpful front desk staff. The apartment is not fancy but it has plenty of room for our family if 3, kitchen and AC. The location and price was great and we would stay here again.

Super spacious apartment, comfy beds, provided a cot at last minute. Super helpful concierge, allowed us to check in early and helped with luggage. Great apartments in a fantastic location which is really central.

A good stay for a familly

These are really great apartments! modern in all aspects, spacious, quiet, confortable, and in an outstanding location, right on the rue d'antibes. Service was polished and excelent in all details. For us it is now a leading spot to stay on our next trip.

L'accueil était très courtois et serviable. L'appartement est idéalement situé, à proximité de tout. Seul bémol, bien que bien éclairé, l'appartement reçu a des fenêtres qui donnent directement sur une rue passante, limitant ainsi l'intimité et de profiter du soleil. Pour le reste, rien à redire.

Booked a week in a 2 bedroom full apartment in this apart-hotel. Highly recommend the apartment, the hotel staff (especially Jean-Pascal) and the location. Communication before arrival was excellent and very helpful. The hotel is on the prestigious rue d’Antibes, the main shopping street through Cannes. As such it’s busy much of the day time; safe and well maintained. There are multiple bakeries and patisserie within 2 minutes walk, several mini or supermarkets close by. The sea and beaches are a few minutes walk and the train station 7-8 minutes away. Despite the central location, street noise was not an issue at night - whilst the kitchen and main living space face the main street, the bedrooms do not and are quiet. There are multiple options for eating out, whatever your budget, but the apartment has everything one would need for self-catering. There’s a dishwasher, washing machine and full hob and oven as well as kettle, microwave, coffee maker etc. As we stayed in Winter we appreciated the easy to control heating once the sun went down. The WiFi was more than sufficient for us. With two bedrooms, a large living room with seating and a dining table, a small but well equipped kitchen, two en-suite bathrooms and a separate WC the apartment plus storage space, it was perfect for our needs and I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in a 4 bed duplex appt . The location is very good as it’s just off rue antibes which is the main shopping street in cannes with lots of lovely shops etc & lovely side roads off with a huge selection of restaurants, bakeries etc . It’s only a 5 min walk down to the seafront . Security is good and their are shutters to use on the windows . There is some noise at night because it is a busy area with people . The apartment itself was a decent size and has good natural light but it is dated. From the colour scheme to the furniture and the bedspreads & the kitchen and bathroom it all felt like it hasn’t been touched in the last 25 years . It is perfectly all usable and functional however . The carpet is so worn on the upstairs hallway that you can’t make out what the original carpet pattern would have been . The original air conditioning system has stopped working so the rooms all have individual air conditioning units . They work very effectively but they are noisy & you couldn’t sleep with them on . Also because they need hoses going outside the windows , the small gap means you do hear more noise especially at night . The apartment could be fantastic if it was gutted & completely refurbished and the original air conditioning system fixed and the noisy ugly units currently there were taken away . In summary it’s perfectly usable, the bed linen was spotless etc but it’s current rating is more like a 3 star because of its presentation.

Hyggelig gjensyn med Cannes.

Vi ble tatt vel imot av Rosa som var både hyggelig og hjelpsom. Vi koste oss i leiligheten og i omgivelsene. Men teppet på soverommet kunne gjerne byttes. Vi kommer gjerne igjen.
