I enjoyed staying at this little hotel! The front desk lady is super nice! Make sure to bring IDs for every person who is staying (I made a mistake of not bringing my moms Id bc I didn’t want to carry her passport and we were staying in Nice but the front desk lady was kind enough to let us stay!). Very close proximity to a wonderful clean beach (3 mins walk!)
Lovely small hotel where the owner just puts in that extra effort and lovely touches
I even liked that it had no lift and although I was in the top floor (quite a hike) the views well worth it
This property was a good value and I loved staying there. Staff is very nice and helpful. if you have a car, you’ll have to work out a deal with one if the local parking garages.
It was a lovely place, the staff very kind and helpful. The place has an amazing vibe, very chic, loved all the details and decorations. Is walking distance to the beach, has lots of things around and a boulangerie next to it. Definitely recommend.
Wonderful stay at hotel Eden, clean, with a pretty view and very dedicated staff, we felt at home and enjoyed not only Juan Les Pins but also Cannes, Antibes and Nice with super close train access. Pretty breakfast spot available on site as well. Many thanks again!!
We loved everything about our stay. The property is very cute, cozy and clean. Our room was charming with a sea view. Everything at the property has a nice touch. The staff was very helpful and nice. Very close to the train station, the beach, restaurants, hopping. We had a blast!
The location is excellent. It is very close to beach, train station, local shops, supermarket, restaurants. The place is very quite and clean. The staff is very friendly. The only one small thing is the bathroom is quite small especially the shower. I worried that I would bump my elbows when I was inside. Overall, It is good. we had lovely time.
Very clean and safe hotel. The room was small but cozy. The staff went over the top to make our stay perfect. The bathroom was a little small which was difficult at times, but the rest of the stay was perfect so we overlooked it! Easy walking distance to dining, beach, shopping, the train and bus stop.
Johanna was the perfect host. We had wonderful room with views out to sea. Very clean, very comfortable. Beach towels provided. Top class - would return in a heartbeat.
Our stay at the Eden Hotel in Antibes was amazing. The small charming hotel is located in the popular area Juan-les-Pins with a lot of nice restaurants and a large beach. The rooms were really nice and decorated thoughtfully. The breakfast was incredible with a lot to choose from such as fresh bread, ham, different cheeses, yoghurt, fruits and croissants. Everything is within walking distance and you will reach the old town of Antibes after a 20 minute walk, the train station is very close to the hotel which is great. The host had lots of great recommendations for restaurants and activities. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!
Beautifully decorated and restored property in a coastal theme. Cosy but tastefully designed.
Staff is friendly, accommodating and go out of their way to make you feel at home.
I would highly recommend this property for a couple or close friends traveling together to enjoy the sandy beaches in Juan Les Pins. The room is small but I was with my daughter and it was fine.
I would definitely return.
The owner Joanne is amazing and treats the hotel like her own child. Her last week was the last week of August when we stayed. I'm not sure how the new owners will operate the property. I expect that prices for rooms and the breakfast will go up. We paid $15 euros per person for an amazing breakfast of croissants, brie, fresh cheese, prosciutto, ham, eggs, yogurt, cereal and more. It was amazing. (in other reviews, breakfast was $12.50 euros) It was by far the best breakfast in a nice courtyard that we had our entire trip so totally worth it even with the slight price increase. The bed was OK; it did hurt our backs the first few nights but it could be because we are used to softer mattresses. Very convenient location.
My husband and I booked our first ever trip to the French Riviera to catch a glimpse of the Monaco Grand Prix! We decided to stay at Hotel Eden for our 5 night stay and we are so glad we did. The rooms were immaculately clean and the staff at the hotel were so lovely and friendly. We felt so welcome there and by the end of our trip, it felt like our home! We opted to have breakfast every morning at the hotel and it was delicious with many choices. We would eat it outside which was a really lovely start to our day!
The hotel itself is a very short 3 minute (or so) walk to the train station which meant we could visit Monaco, Nice, Villefranche-sur-mer, Eze etc very easily. I would definitely stay here again as it felt like the perfect place for us. Thank you Hotel Eden for a perfect trip :)
This is a lovely quaint hotel. Owner is very friendly. It is walk up as stated which is fine for guests that can manage it. Rooms are large and nicely decorated. Very clean. Breakfast is €12 and worth the €12. TV has an option to log into Netflix which is great for evening relaxing. There are also some English channels. The hotel is good value. However the downside is the area is under construction. And the beds a very hard. I understand it is hard for hotels to get beds right to suit every guest but unfortunately these beds were too hard for us.
