「House was in a great location. Housekeeper was very helpful. She was able to help get us connected to Wifi and gave us additional kitchen appliances as needed. Owner didn't send code to unlock door so am thankful housekeeper was close by. ATTN: you cannot ride your 4-wheeler or sxs from the property to Rush! 「It was so nice having a full bath on each of the 3 levels. Having 2 large dining areas capable of seating 12 people was a luxury as I cooked for the employees and used one table as a serving table. 「The property was clean and surprisingly roomy for an upstairs apartment. Tristan was easy to communicate with and very responsive. It was helpful to be close to downtown and Marshall University. The barbershop is on the first floor, but we didn't have any issues with noise. Thanks for a nice stay!」

「Was disappointed we didn’t know you couldn’t legally ride on the road to get to the park. Trailering wasn’t a problem, but it could have been, because I was in a toy hauler. Parked on a stone lot. Stones were not compacted and it would have been a much nicer site if they were. In all fairness, nice place to camp. WiFi sucked but that was probably more to do with location since cell service was just as bad in that area.」

「My family and I were in Ashland attending a funeral. We stayed two nights. The hotel was extremely clean as were the rooms. The staff were friendly and courteous. We enjoyed the free breakfast.
