"Very kind welcoming family running the place. Very family friendly, the room was very clean and was cleaned daily, the staff was super helpful. (Not great english, but they really make you feel comfortable and welcomed regardless of the language barrier). Food was delicious and there was a bar too! A little far from the city center of bilbao, but completely doable if you rent a car, or maybe figure out the train/metro and the parking was super convenient. "Hotel was great, close to the centre of town - staff very helpful, rooms lovely, bar staff engaging. Reception staff helped us to locate somewhere to eat. Very nice indeed The parking is an adventure! The small parking is both entrance and exit! the spaces are also small so be aware if you have a large car. Also be brave and just go for it!"

"Excellent property. Great and convenient place to stay for family planning to go to summit and for hike. Evening at the hotel outdoor seating area with a drink facing the mountains is simply amazing experience. Staff was very helpful. The only thing to be mindful is you need to reserve time for breakfast and dinner. When we arrived the day before our hike, we asked them to reserve breakfast the next day but it was only available later part of the day (9:30) . The only feedback is to open breakfast early morning and have a small market for foolish to grab coffee and quick bitings for their early morning hike. Staff at the restaurant is super helpful. Overall this is a top notch property and we loved a lot and we I’ll return back. Thank you for amazing hospitality!"

NH Oviedo Principado

"My stay at NH Oviedo Principado was very enjoyable. The hotel’s location is outstanding—right in the heart of the city and within easy walking distance of the cathedral, the theater, excellent restaurants, and many of Oviedo’s main attractions. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout my stay. My room was spacious, comfortable, and the air conditioning worked exceptionally well, which made for a very pleasant stay. My only criticism concerns the breakfast. The variety and quality of the food selection were excellent, and the coffee was very good. However, the hot breakfast items, especially the eggs, were cold. I don’t enjoy eating cold eggs, and I didn’t feel comfortable asking the staff to reheat them. In hindsight, I would have preferred to have breakfast at one of the many nearby cafés. Despite this minor issue, I would gladly stay at NH Oviedo Principado again. It is an excellent hotel with a fantastic location and attentive staff. Next time, I would simply skip the hotel breakfast and enjoy one of Oviedo’s local breakfast spots instead."

"The hotel was great, one of the best we stayed in during our trip. We were dependent on WiFi however and the WiFi in our room only worked by the door to our room. I ended up working with my computer in my lap in a chair pulled up to the door. Also a little inconvenient that breakfast wasn’t included in our reservation, and would have cost 12€ extra per person for a rather spare breakfast. Luckily there’s a grocery store within 5 min walk and elevator ride."
