Room was in the poor condition. Furniture and actually everything in the room looked old and very used. I would have rated it one star of five but they had Nutella at breakfast so + one star for them. Also internet speed was poor.

The Residence is in a restricted traffic area, so you can't directly drive to it without a permit.
