“Our family of 4 spent 3 weeks here, and it was a great base for us while I worked and my spouse and kids relaxed and explored the area. The co-working space was very convenient for me, and we used the pool and soccer court almost every day. The view of the city and volcano in the distance was spectacular, as the condo is on the 12th floor. And the washer/dryer in the condo was a huge asset! The complex is gated and well maintained so we felt safe and cared for. It’s also walkable to a local……

“Beautiful property! Exceeded all expectations. The property manager was wonderful. He organized chefs, massages, & was very attentive when we had any questions. The property owner was quick to respond and even helped coordinate dinner reservations on the day of arrival for our large group. Highly recommend this property, you won’t be disappointed! Only thing we’d change would have been to stay longer. ”

“The amenities were great. The view, pool and gym was amazing. It was a very safe area. Having a grocery store and restaurants so close was a bonus. Not a lot of English speaking people in the area. We do not speak Spanish so it was hard to communicate.”

“Immaculate penthouse! Pictures accurately depict the property but don’t do justice to the amazing nature that is all around it. Breathtaking views, resident parrots and scarlet macaws that land a few feet away on a tree were just spectacular. The location is great, close to restaurants and shops. We walked (carefully) to all our dinners - must watch out for traffic on busy road.”

“This is our third year, staying at Villas Tranquillas and we had another great time. One change we did notice, however, the cleaning only occurred once in the month we stayed there. This cleaning happened towards the end of the stay. In previous years, a weekly service was provided and a restocking of items such as garbage bags, soaps, etc.. when the cleaners did come this year. They did an absolutely fantastic job and the place was really freshened up. We will continue to be loyal customers.……
