"Es un hotel viejito y se nota que le han dado mantenimiento, sin embargo, podría estar mucho mejor. Las amenidades en la habitación son limitadas y no ponen jabón de manos para el lavamanos, se tiene que utilizar el mismo de la ducha. Las cortinas de baño son viejas y estaban rotas, las toallas de piscina son viejas, incluso con manchas de cloro y en algún momento no habían disponibles para todos los huéspedes. Las personas dejan las toallas de piscina y objetos personales en las sillas de piscina desde la noche anterior para guardar el campo para el día siguiente, esto es algo que el hotel no debería permitir y que el uso de las sillas sea conforme lleguen las personas a utilizarlas, además están viejas y algunas quebradas. La comida es buena, sin embargo, los snacks son refritos y añejos, las bebidas están bien pero no espectaculares. El personal es muy atento y tienen actividades divertidas en la piscina. En general es un hotel de nivel medio pero no lo esperable de un todo incluido."

"My husband and I had the most amazing vacation here for his 40th birthday! Truly the coolest and most unique place we’ve ever stayed! The Balinese-styled tented villas are luxurious and one-of-a-kind, fully stocked with every necessity. We stayed in a beachfront villa and my husband was able to surf right in front of our villa. It was so nice and convenient. There is security at the beach entrance and main gate to the community, so we felt very safe. The resort is beautiful, the location was close to everything we wanted to do while there, and the service and hospitality were unmatched! Esteban greeted us the moment we arrived, gave us a private tour of the entire property, and catered to our every need during our trip (dinner reservations, excursions, and even a birthday surprise). The level of service he provided us was beyond incredible and made our trip so special. The housekeeping staff created the sweetest birthday decoration in our room, handmade from flowers and palm leaves. They really went the extra mile. I had a massage in the spa villa while I was there and it was fabulous. We ate breakfast and dinner at Kairos several times. The food was great with some creative dishes that we enjoyed trying. We also enjoyed getting to know Sammy and the others servers while dining. They are wonderful. All of the resort staff is so friendly and helpful. I cannot say enough great things about Amarena. We had the best vacation here and I highly recommend visiting!"

"We really enjoyed our time here. The property was beautiful. The pool was clean and refreshing. The food was good and the staff was very accommodating. The a/c in the room was ice cold and the bed was so soft and comfortable it made it tough to get up in the morning. Overall was a great experience."
