「There are lots of available shops, restaurants, and a great view of the ocean. There were some issues with the power due to various reasons but not an issue with the property. Some of the bathrooms didn't appear to have been cleaned in a while as there was a lot of dirt/dust present.」

「Check in was good. Host communicated well. Some ceiling lights were burnt out or flickered. Could not control the temperature in the kitchen, living room, dining area. Shut the a/c off with the remote and it still put out cold air. Beautiful facilities. Awesome view.」

「The ocean view was beautiful. The condo was clean and ready when we got there. The pool was great and refreshing. The only problem was the air conditioning at night kept reverting back to 25 C degrees. Which was too warm for the main bedroom which had been heated by the sun. Also there were two power outages while we were there but that isn’t the fault of the owner. Had lots of fun and plenty of places in Jaco to eat. 」

「We were in CR for a month and stayed here for five days. We loved the quiet gated community with a pool and plenty of wildlife. The villa was perfect for us with just a short drive to several beaches and markets. Mary has the house fully stocked to make your beach experience easy for travelers; beach chairs, an umbrella, beach towels etc. Our favorite part was watching the monkeys and macaws out by the pool in the evenings. 「Absolutely fabulous owners. I was able to check in early and the place was beautiful! I loved the access to the very short walk to Crocs resort. I loved the fact that this condo had plenty of towels and beach chairs and mostly the boogie boards. The riptide was a bit intimidating but had a blast boogie boarding! Thank you for a great stay 」

「Ocean view was not visible from our room. We spent many enjoyable hours at the pool snd on the outside patio with ceiling fan.. This rental was the perfect spot to enjoy our 44th anniversary. The host was very responsive to all questions. 」

「Noisy but nice. The 15th floor penthouse condo was comfortable but very windy most days. And, it is on the flight path of a small airport so that added to the noise. The view from the balcony was lovely and the furniture was fine. Linens were basic but adequate as was the kitchen equipment. Nice, clean, secure spot. We enjoyed our month. Pedro was very easy to reach and quite helpful. 」
