"stayed here for a short break in Girona and left feeling quite disappointed.
• Staff: The canteen and bar staff were consistently unfriendly. Each time I went to order something they looked irritated, as if serving was a bother. A smile and some basic courtesy would have made a big difference.
• Room: The room itself was extremely basic. The sockets didn’t work properly, which was frustrating when I needed to charge my phone. The view was of the car park, not exactly the Spanish escape I had hoped for.
• Overall feel: It all felt a bit neglected and impersonal.
I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but in this case I felt let down. Girona is a beautiful city, but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless improvements are made.
