「Our room desperately needed a deep clean. The beds are hard and the pillow situation is incredibly strange… the queen beds each had one normal pillow and two tiny half pillows which made bed sharing a bit of a plight for the person whose head went right in the crack between the tiny pillows. There was a fabulous hot breakfast but I don’t know if I would stay here again because of how uncomfortable the beds were. 「Nice & clean hotel. Had to spend (1) night in Boise because motorcycle tire blew out. Hotel is actually in Meridian. Chris at the front desk was very accommodating (as was Tiffany). Had (2) very expensive motorcycles that we left outside - no issues. Area is very safe and centrally located with tons of restaurants, Walmart, etc. I'd stay there again passing through Boise! 」

「bad WiFi speed and they give room nearby stair, it is very noisy when customers move up-down especially their housekeeper always runs fast.」

「The Best Western used to be really nice. Now, it is lacking any sparkle. Unfortunately, the area around the hotel is changing.Kopper Kettle restaurant next door is closed. Many business complexes near the hotel also sit empty. Great for the shuttle ride to Boise airport, though!」
