“The pull out couch bedding was not ready when we arrived. We had to call down to reception then told to go get it ourselves from reception. Stain on pull out mattress. Apple juice not working properly at breakfast. Not horrible, just not a positive experience especially when booking a franchise like bed western in my opinion. ”

“It looked like a new hotel. It was very clean and the staff was amazing! They put out cookies each day and they had a bar each evening with happy hour. The indoor pool was small, but clean. They also offered a free breakfast each morning and always had coffee hot and ready to drink in the lobby.”

“Staff very friendly. The room and facilities are clean and well maintained. They have plenty of oversized parking in the back which was great as I was towing a trailer.
Check in/ out is easy.
This is an iconic hotel and restaurant! Highly recommend!”

“We went on a 10-day road trip and the Hampton hotels we stayed at were our favorites. As a family of 6 with 4 kids, the rooms at the Hampton hotels we stayed at were the best. There is a lot of room and the ability to log in to our Disney plus account was a huge plus for us as well. The pools were clean and the facilities as a whole were clean and we were comfortable.”
