「It’s in a fantastic location and was easy to get everywhere from there. Chinatown was basically just outside our door and Union Square a 5 minute walk. We walked to pier 39 in about 25 minutes and to the cable car turn around in about 15 minutes. Literally everything was so conveniently close. It’s no 5 star but definitely a 3 star and we enjoyed our stay. Crazy old cage elevator if you can’t do stairs and the stairway is narrow and steep with a hairpin turn at the top. We truly enjoyed our stay...

「Nice clean basic Hotel with a great shower that was just perfect for our needs as we were visiting our daughter in San Francisco and we’re basically just there to sleep! We were on the street side so it could get pretty noisy at night, but with an earplugs, we were just fine. Nothing fancy, but clean and moderately priced.」

「I was only there for one evening. I wanted to be close to the Oakland airport for my Monday mid morning flight to avoid traffic. It’s a perfect place for that. No need to get on the freeway and just a short 4-5 mile drive down the hill. Very pretty area too. Oh and the water pressure for the shower was awesome and heats up quick. Thank you again for a very convenient and peaceful stay! I will stay again when in the area. 」
