"Perfect for a little glimpse of 12th Century life with some modern day conveniences. Gorgeous home, landscape and Tuscan views. Host Monica is a chef that prepared us meals for two very enjoyable night. She is an excellent cook. She is a great community resource. We also took advantage of the tour (co host) Giovanni offered. It is an all day tour of villages not seen by most tourists. Both Monica and Giovanni go above and beyond to make your stay fabulous. We were 5 women with no car. Never had a problem getting to Lucca or where ever we were traveling to (via taxi) and were in walking distance to restaurant and a fabulous winery. (Please ask Monica to arrange reservations)."

"Tolle Ferienwohnung in einem noch tollerem Anwesen.Die Ferienwohnung ist perfekt für zwei. Sie hat eine super ausgestatteter Küche und eine großer Dusche. Es ist alles sehr durchdacht (z.B. hat es überall Steckdosen). Alle Fenster und Türen haben Mückengitter. Dazu gibt es einen schönen Pool und einen prima Grill. Die Waschmaschine ist natürlich sehr nützlich.Kurz um, die 2 Wochen waren viel zu schnell rum, wir kommen wieder - hier gibt es noch so viel zu sehen …Schade, dass wir die Gastgeber nicht kennenlernen konnten."

"The weather didn’t permit much time in the pool (it was somewhat chilly) but when we did use the pool, it was fabulous. The house was very comfortable and basic amenities were provided. The property manager, Franco, was wonderful. He responded immediately to calls or emails and recommendations were terrific."

We had tons of room, the kitchen is a chef's dream, and the pool was wonderful.The host was great at communication, and helped up find a number of restaurants and wineries.Checkin was easy, and the Villa was exactly as presented in the listing. If you have a small or large group I give this 5 thumbs UP!!!"

"Giacomo was a great host, always helpful. We didn't use the pool. (In common with other pools in the area it sat on the ground and involved steps up to climb into it; a bit difficult as you get older!)"
