Villa Bella Vita is an historical period property set in a private 100-acre estate in the hills of Lucca, with swimming pool, olive groves, fresh grown vegetables, and paths and walks through private woodlands and natural streams. The estate includes a beautifully restored villa built in the late 15th century, with three floors, elevator, a luxury designer kitchen, five bedrooms and spacious bathrooms with spa facilities, and a classic Tuscan 18th century farmhouse with a game room, kitchen with open fireplace, and three double bedrooms.Villa Bella Vita is set in a marvelous Italian garden lined by cypresses and palm trees, a unique mélange of tradition and exoticism, and the garden is surrounded by elegant boxwood hedges. Beyond the olive trees, along a cypress-lined path, one reaches the high end of the garden, featuring a sweeping panorama across the Lucca valley, a large swimming pool, sunning area and Balinese massage pavilion. Next to the pool is a covered Bali-style summer kitchen, a perfect, relaxing venue for sipping a glass of red wine while admiring the spectacular views, or enjoying a lunch in the open air served at the sandstone dining table. There is also a kitchen area with two refrigerators and an automatic ice machine.

The villa is ideal for your special destination wedding. In the past, the villa has hosted wedding parties of more than 125 guests.

This was done conserving the architectural heritage while offering the most modern comforts and high-tech luxury in terms of air conditioning, wi-fi internet and satellite TV. Villa Alabastro consists of three levels, with 750 sqm of living space. On the imposing façade there are numerous doors and windows that make for a luminous interior. At the center of the façade is a grey sandstone balcony that overlooks an olive grove. The floors are connected by a large stairway, the main part of which is the original stone from the early 1500s, and also by a small elevator.

Ground floor On the ground floor, which is on two levels, there is large living room with comfortable sofas and a billiard room, both with fireplaces, one of them in local pietra serena stone. The spacious dining room features an arched panoramic window overlooking the Italian garden and adjoining the modern and fully equipped kitchen, with a French window leading to the inner courtyard, and a walk-in refrigerated room. Beyond the kitchen area, there is a hallway and bathroom for guests.

Second floor: The second floor, called the \"Piano Nobile\" (or “Noble Floor”), has two spacious air-conditioned bedroom suites, and a large air-conditioned living room with fireplace (sofa bed available on request). One of the suites has a huge walk-in closet, an amazing rain shower and a Jacuzzi, while the other hosts a treadmill, a massage table and a multi-functional shower and hammam. Both suites feature a large double bed (only double).

Top floor The fully air-conditioned top floor features three double bedrooms situated around a large living room. There are three bathrooms, two of them ensuite. One bedroom has two queen-size beds. The bathroom of this bedroom is not ensuite. It is just in front of the bedroom and has a shower. One bedroom has 2 twin joinable beds and an ensuite bathroom with shower and a large bath tub. The third bedroom has a double bed and ensuite bathroom with large shower. Every bedroom of the villa has its own Satellite TV, climate control and Wi-Fi internet.

*Please note that AC is only on the second and top floor of the villa.FARMHOUSE: Adjoining the villa is a three-level, 220 sqm traditional Tuscan farmhouse, or \"casa colonica\", with a large courtyard featuring a fountain and an abundance of bougainvillea, jasmine and colorful hydrangea. Since the villa and farmhouse each have kitchens, and both give on to the courtyard, this is perhaps everyone’s favorite relaxation area, with a comfortable outdoor lounge for cocktails and a large sandstone table that is very popular for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Ground floor: The ground floor has a media/gaming room, a fully equipped kitchen with a fireplace, laundry room (washer and dryer) and a guest bathroom.

First floor: On the first floor there are one twin/double bedroom, one double bedroom (only double) and a shared bathroom with bathtub and shower head. This floor is air conditioned.

Top floor: This floor features one double bedroom (only double).
A business/studio room (sofa bed available on request), one bathroom with shower. This floor is also air conditioned.
