Conveniently located in Colle di Compito, it is also very close by the coast of Versilia with Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi seaside resorts. Guests have easy access to the main Tuscany sightseeing such as Florence, Pisa, Siena, San Gemignano etc.


The owners manage other properties in the area and have furnished this property with many comforts such as air-conditioning smart TV, Bluetooth music system, WI-fi, etc. On the ground floor of the villa there is a large open space with the living room and a well-equipped kitchen (microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, etc.) while on the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms both with their en-suite bathroom (shower) and a twin bedroom with private bathroom (shower) .
