It consists of a main house and an outbuilding.

Villa Ava is a 5-minute walk from Capbreton town centre, the market and all the shops. The beaches are a 5-minute bike ride away, there is also a free shuttle bus at the end of the street. Bicycles are available on request.

We live there all year round with our 5 children, so you will find a family atmosphere. The main house consists of 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms and the outbuilding of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchenette.
