"The Orion hotel is in a great location. Unfortunately, while we visited, it was on the heels of typhoons, and so the beach area out front was closed off to swimming for cleanup, but we were able to snorkel nearby. One of the items that really surprised me was how fantastic the breakfast buffet was I’m not a breakfast person, but it provided an opportunity to try many different types of Okinawan food, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Definitely recommend staying at this resort."

"Amazing property right in front of the sea. While the area is super quiet it is also very convenient with both a 24/7 Lawson and a restaurant within walking distance. We loved the staff and would love to come back again!"

"I understand that being surrounded by nature means that some insects may come inside occasionally, but I panicked when I found a cockroach even though the windows had not been opened. Overall, the room was generally clean and well maintained, but there was still some dirt left in the bathroom. I was also disappointed that the bidet functions in both the first-floor and second-floor toilets were broken."

"You can definitely feel that it’s an older property, but it was clean and everything works! It was conveniently right beside the aquarium and it was quite affordable so it was definitely worth the stay!"

"The resort is a little secluded than what we expected, luckily we have car to access in. But the host is very nice! It's my fault that I didn't inform the host in time about our late check in, in addition my phone can't make through any local calls, hence we can only contact using the chat function in Hotels.com. Hot water didn’t work when I got there, easy fix but would have been nice to have some instructions to know I had to turn on the heater. Woke up to a compactor running in the front yard sounded like a helicopter hovering over me shaking the entire building, eventually the guys pall starts up a brushcutter and begins...
