“Très bon séjour dans un cadre agréable ! Nous avons adoré les piscines, la plage et la qualité des repas. Le personnel est souriant, attentionné et très professionnel. “My husband and I absolutely love this hotel. There’s welcoming drinks when we checked in and macarons in the room. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Our room is quiet(best thing for this hotel), bright, spacious and with a big balcony with sea view. The breakfast has a lot selections and the food has a certain quality. We also love the dinner at the restaurant in hotel; it’s a bit pricey but really worthy and delicious . The beach is beautiful and quiet. However, it’s not the most convenient……

“This is our 3rd time visiting Bel Azur and we had a wonderful time. We were there 2 weeks. We had a basic double room this time. There were a couple maintenance issues with our room (light bulb changes and shower head change) but the hotel took care of them right away. It was a spacious room with a large balcony. “Lovely hotel, looks like the photographs. Food was brilliant, I usually dislike buffets however the food was very tasty with variety. Majority of the staff were lovely, however some were very rude. Reception staff (except the porter who was absolutely lovely, always had a smile on his face!) were very rude, didn’t even say bye or asked about our stay at check out. Asked to change our bedsheet one night as the baby had an accident and the staff member sent was extremely rude and was cursing us in……
