「Very comfortable - beds were soft, sheets were great and water pressure was nice. There was a problem with city drains so the parking lot was flooded a couple nights, which caused a lot of dirt to be tracked into the unit, but this wasn't a problem with the rental. Location was close to everything we needed.」

「Hands down, best host company ever. The communication was excellent and responsive. In addition to excellent communication in advance, someone was smoking on the property in another unit. Guests break rules and that happens on all hosts - but the response from the host was amazing. They made sure to take care of it, respectfully communicate with the other guests, and deodorize and sanitize same day. Amazing company and great communication. 「It was okay, mostly. The room was old and dated. It smelled bad; my wife said it smelled like a wet dog. The View was exceptional and I'm surprised that the listing didn't have any pictures of it, that I remember. In fact, we weren't sure what the view is going to be like even though it said Oceanside.
