This second floor condo is the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach or a round of golf at one of Bay Creek's award-winning courses. The coastal-inspired condo sleeps 8 guests comfortably, with two queens, two twins, a twin sleeper chair and a living room sofa bed. The open floor plan features a sun-drenched, well-appointed kitchen, comfortable living room with a flat screen TV and easy-to-use electric fireplace, and an inviting dining room that's ideal for entertaining.



Enjoy secluded and serene views while sipping coffee on the porch in the morning or enjoying a glass of wine at night. This condo offers easy access to the community pool, all golf courses, private and public beaches, Coach House Tavern and Pro Shop, and historic downtown Cape Charles. This home includes complimentary access to a variety of Bay Creek Resort amenities, perfect for active and nature-loving guests. Enjoy a junior Olympic-size pool, tennis and pickleball courts, a private community beach, and over 10 miles of scenic hiking and biking trails winding through a stunning 365-acre nature preserve.



• Bay Creek's Life Center, Resort Package (Nightly Fee Applies)

For use of Bay Creek's Life Center, which has three pools, a slide, splashpad, and a state of the art fitness center, a fee of $75/night applies. Contact the host to add the Bay Creek Resort Members Life Center to your stay. Guests must complete a Bay Creek Life Center esign waiver prior to receiving access, which will be sent for completion. Use of the resort package applies to the full extent of nights booked. Optional or shortened nights are not available. Guests who purchase the resort package also have access to book tee times and rent beach chairs and umbrellas (additional fees apply).



Guest Access:

This home uses keyless entry for self-check-in; your door code is sent by email and text 2 weeks (or less) prior to arrival. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request (subject to availability). Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

• By booking with Chesapeake Properties by Portoro, guests agree to the guidelines below to help ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable stay.



• Portoro Rental Agreement + Identity Registration: All guests staying at one of our Portoro homes are required to complete identity registration and sign a rental agreement via e-signature. Non-compliance may result in sizable fines.

• Age Requirement: The reservation holder must be 25+.

• Arrival Support + House Manual + 24/7 Support: Upon arrival, Portoro aims to ensure your safety, proper access to the home, and understanding of guest features. All guests are required to read the house manual upon arrival. If you have any questions, please reach out to Portoro, our team is available 24/7.

• Directions + Check-In Details: Before check-in, Portoro will send all check-in details, detailed directions, and a digital guest guide for the home by email and text to help ensure a seamless arrival.

• Check-In / Check-Out (Early/Late Requests): Check-in is 4:00pm and check-out is 11:00am. We can’t guarantee early check-ins or late check-outs, and a fee typically applies. When approved, fees apply for times outside a one-hour window of standard check-in/check-out. If you need significant flexibility, the best option is to book an additional night.

• Parking Restrictions: Boats, campers, RVs, trailers, and similar vehicles are not allowed in condo complexes. If you need parking for boats, campers, RVs, trailers, or similar vehicles, please contact Guest Experience for nearby storage locations or any property-specific options.

• Local Taxes (Including Extended Stays): Both the local jurisdictions (Town of Cape Charles, Northampton County) and the State of Virginia require hotel/vacation rental hosts to collect hotel tax. We collect these taxes within the booking transaction. Please inquire separately for terms and conditions.



• Animals/Pets, No Pets: This is a no pets property. A $150/day fee will apply for violations, and you may be asked to vacate the premises with no refund (at the discretion of Portoro). Portoro follows ADA guidelines, and any additional community or HOA rules may apply.



• No Smoking: This is a no smoking property. Penalty fees apply for violations, and you may be asked to vacate the premises with no refund at the discretion of Portoro.

• No Parties or Events: Parties and events are not permitted.

• Quiet Hours: 10:00pm-8:00am. These hours reflect local residential and regional expectations, please keep noise low and be mindful of neighbors.

• Report Damages: Any known damages incurred during your stay must be reported to the property manager immediately.

• Security: Some Portoro properties have exterior-only cameras for monitoring.

• Local or Property Water Features: Some Portoro properties may have pools, hot tubs, or other nearby water features. There is no guard around water features, use at your own risk.

• BBQs/Grills, No Personal Units: Personal BBQs/grills (including charcoal, propane, electric, or portable units) are not permitted on the property. Please use only the grills provided for guest use, if available.

• No Feeding Wildlife: Feeding wildlife is strictly prohibited at all properties to avoid damage and nuisance issues. In condo complexes or HOA communities, fines may apply for violations. Additional cleaning, sanitation, and remediation fees may also apply at the discretion of Chesapeake Properties by Portoro and/or the HOA.

• Wildlife + Pests: You may see local wildlife during your stay. Please help keep the home and outdoor areas free of food and trash, secure all garbage in the provided bins and do not leave food outside. For homes that include or offer BBQs, please bring all food items inside and scrape grills clean after use to avoid attracting wildlife. The home is regularly treated for pests, but occasional insects may still appear.
