We want you to have a smooth and enjoyable stay. Please review the following important details before booking:

Early Check-In:
Standard check-in time is after 4:00 PM. Early check-in is available for $50. It must be requested 48–24 hours in advance and is subject to availability.

Late Check-Out:
Late check-out is only available by booking an additional night in advance and is subject to availability.

Heated Pool:
The pool heater is optional and available for an additional fee of $37.50 per day, with a 2-night minimum. 48 hours’ advance notice is required to turn it on, as it takes time for the water to reach the desired temperature. Please let us know as early as possible if you’d like it heated during your stay.

House Rules and Reminders:
Quiet hours begin after 10:00 PM.
No parties or events are allowed.
Only registered guests are permitted on the property overnight unless approved in advance.
Please wash any used dishes or run the dishwasher before check-out.
Trash must be taken out to the outdoor bins located on the right side of the house.

Starter Supplies:
We provide a small starter pack of essentials including toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, dish soap, sponge, ground coffee, sugar, salt, and cooking oil. For longer stays, guests should plan to visit a nearby supermarket to restock any additional items needed.

>Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
>Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
>Garage and pool access are for guest use only, please use responsibly.
>No glassware in or around the pool area.
>Complimentary coffee and tea are provided. Please clean up after use.
>Please clean up spills promptly to help maintain the home.
>The A/C is preset for your comfort, but you may adjust it between 72–78°F as preferred.
