Brand new home in desirable and quiet neighborhood of Cape Coral, FL. Located across the street from Lake Finisterre, this home is a perfect retreat during your time exploring Southwest Florida. This home is equipped with many updates for wheelchair accessibility making it a great option for many types of guests and their families. Relax on the Lanai or in the pool. Enjoy quality time in the open kitchen/dining/living area. Recharge in the comfy bedrooms after your day exploring the beautiful, Beaches, Bike Trails and Restaurants in the Cape Coral/ Fort Myers, and Sanibel area. The House Pool and Beds are all New in 2017! Home features high ceilings and over 2000 square feet of Living area. Pool features out door shower and Master Bathroom features a Rain shower that will guarantee to refresh you.
Both bathrooms are very spacious.

Excellent getaway

Close enough for short drive to things to do yet not in the center of the madness that can be a vacation destination. House was perfect, pool area was phenomenal and the huge walk in shower with the rain style shower head was just the perfect touch needed

I can't express how much of a great experience we had at this property. The Host Mr. Walsh was quick to respond to any questions my family had and gave us clear directions at the property regarding rules and how to operate certain things in the house. The house itself is beautiful. Spacious, very clean, in a quiet neighborhood. I would rent this property again and recommend to anyone without hesitation. Thank you Mr. Walsh for such a great experience.

Beautiful + Clean Home

Paul and Becky’s home was beautiful and the photos online don’t do it justice! It was spacier and more furnished than the photos show. The home was clean and was the perfect size for our family of four! Both the bath and beach towels were a convenience as well as the laundering supplies, beach equipment (coolers, floaties, etc.) Lanai and pool were beautiful. Paul was incredibly responsive and provided excellent guidance beforw and during our trip. The location is a great neighborhoold however we found food + attractions in Cape Coral a bit limited and found ourselves traveling to Fort Meyers for activities. Overall, a great stay! Thank you , Paul and Becky!

We had a great time staying! Family of 5 spent most of the time around pool. Paul was awesome to accommodate our last minute trip and multiple changes with our plans. Talking about service! House was very clean had everything we needed and pool are was great. Thank you Paul and see you soon!

Beautiful and peaceful

We enjoyed every aspect of this property. It was as described. It was well kept and clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The lanai was a wonderful piece of this property.
