Private Pool-free WiFi- Outdoor kitchen, BBQ, Bikes

Beautiful new construction of heated salt water pool home with western exposure, located on the freshwater canal leading to the Memory Lake. Home offers, three bedrooms and it can sleep up to 6 (8) people comfortably, and two full baths. Open floor plan kitchen with quartz countertops and frameless cabinets.
Directly from the kitchen or living room (lanai) with loungers and nice patio furniture. The gas BBQ grill is free to use. The salt water pool is to heat with an electric pool heater. There is an outdoor shower in the lanai and a baby safety pool fence - if needed.
Great room of stone electric fireplace with nice view of the pool and the canal.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the house free of charge. The house is fully equipped with all the amenities you need for your well-deserved vacation.
Including are bed linen, towels, beach towels, BBQ gas grill, in the otherwise fully equipped house.
Enjoy precious hours to enjoy the sunset or what our wildlife offers here.
On the west-facing property with pool deck you can be pampered by the Florida sun.
Unique landscaping with huge coral accents around the property. Located just down the road from Cape Coral Pkwy with its Publix, restaurants and Cape Harbor marina.

Beautiful house

Enjoyed our 3 week stay in this house. Whilst it was a little far out from everywhere we wanted to be, it was a great place to stay. Other rentals around were empty for most of our stay but that just added to the peace and quiet we love. All round great experience. Will definitely go back.

Great place!

Really great place to stay! Outdoor spaces were great, dining and seating along with a grill all by the pool. Communication with owner was timely. Showers were very nice. Great to have a fairly recently built home with current amenities. Would definitely stay again!

House was nice and liked the layout

The house was nice and clean and we liked the style and layout. However we didn’t like the location of the house and neighborhood. Empty lots to the side and across the canal. Some houses around looked like they could use some attention. The people who stayed before us turned the pool off and it took a while to reheat. Only one bedroom had a working tv and dresser. One bedroom had an old flatscreen that had no connection so bring your roku or fire stick if you have one. Third bedroom had no tv. Couch and chair in living area are low to the ground as well as the queen bed in 2nd bedroom. Outside grill was nice and pool was adequate. House has a lot of high end fixtures but imo, skimped on the pool.

Tolles Haus - absolut empfehlenswert

Das Haus ist sehr modern eingerichtet und sieht genau so aus wie auf den Bildern (keine Abnutzungen oder Renovierungsstau vorhanden). Somit können wir das Objekt jeden nur weiterempfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war super. Einen Tag nach Einzug kommt Manuel (deutschsprachig) vorbei und fragt ob wir noch irgend etwas brauchen oder wissen wollen. Man hat von der ersten Minute ein sehr gutes Gefühl. Vielen Dank und bis demnächst.

Awesome house!

We loved this house. The pool is amazing. It is modern, yet comfortable. The bed in the master suite was so comfortable. Both showers are so great too. We can’t wait to come back and rent this house. Bonus, you are only about a mile away from Lobster Lady, one of the best restaurants in the area.

Beautiful Home in Cape Coral

My husband and I wanted to try out being "snowbirds" and stayed here for 42 days. The house was exactly as described and photographed. Although it was just the two of us the home would very comfortably accommodate a large family or two families of 4. The home was very clean and well appointed. the pool was well maintained and warm in February and March. Plenty of outdoor seating (dining and conversation area plus seating for getting some sun) and they even have a fire feature (we did not use it, but looks like it could be fun). The house is located conveniently near groceries, gas, and some dining. Cape Coral has bike paths also. We brought our bikes but the house also has two adult and two children' bikes for you to use. Our experience with Sue and her husband Marcus was friendly and very helpful. The property is maintained beautifully and the landscaping and exterior finish makes it the prettiest house o the block! We highly recommend this property!

OK, I rent a lot of properties and this is what I will tell you - this place is the bomb! First, cleanliness - a 10!! I have never stayed at a property that was cleaner. Not a speck of dust or dirt. Number two - the house. Absolutely beautiful. All high end finishes, so comfortable, just beautiful. And finally - Marcus and Sue!!! They were so great to work with. We had a few questions when we checked in and Marcus was there within 5 minutes! Sue responded within 12 hours. You just don’t get better than these two property managers and this property. I would give it a 12 out of 10... it was that good.

Great Vacation Spot

We really enjoyed staying at this beautifully furnished property. The pictures that we saw before really does the house justice - extremely accurate! Everything was immaculately clean, new and inviting! Sue and Marcus were a pleasure to deal with. We recommend using them whenever in need of a vacation. They really make it worth your stay!
