Overall a great vacation and a great place to stay. Dislikes- Bed for us was hard our backs hurt but others might like it, drove about an hour away for a few things for family friendly activities, and the hot tub never got hot; bath water warm at most. Likes- nice home, great location on the water, had everything we needed and then some.

Winter Escape

House was the perfect home away from home for us to escape the snowy cold of western NY! The pool and hot tub were a great spot to relax after a day exploring. Neighborhood is excellent for a morning walk or bike ride before the day gets going. Lots of great restaurants within few minutes drive from this location. Would rent again.

Amazing home great Location.

Home has so much to offer. Heated pool with hot tub attached. Over looking canals with picture perfect sunset every night. Spacious house for family. Location was perfect for trips to beach, shopping and dinners by the water. Spent every morning going for a run between the canals. Looking forward to coming back next year. We had a great time in the pool and hot tub. Great neighborhood. We would definitely stay again. Only complaint is no shades or curtains in the bathroom window facing the street, we put a pillow in it.

Great spot. Lots of room and cabinets. Great kitchen. Nice to have beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and bikes. Nice to have washer/dryer with detergent as well. Very quiet area. Beautiful pool but hot tub was a little tempermental.

Beautiful, quiet and peaceful place

We loved our stay, the house was everything mentioned in the listing, it’s big, very clean and very well equipped. It is also in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, perfect for relaxing in the pool or take a stroll around the house. The pool & Jacuzzi did not disappoint at all, beautiful sight watching the sunset! The house is also very close to shops and restaurants and a short drive to Fort Myers downtown & Fort Myers Beach/Lovers Key Island. We did not want to leave this little place of heaven.

Roy Hobbs Baseball

We were in town for the Roy Hobbs baseball tournament in Fort Myers. We decided to stay in a house instead of a condo on the beach. We were not sorry at all. It was a lovely house and we really enjoyed the outdoor area and the pool. We are right on one of the channels. A nice, quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay hear again.

Beyond beautiful home

2 couples over 65, loved our 10 day stay, well equipped home. Beds are very comfortable, great pillows. Bedrooms are on opposite sides of home so easy to have private space. Pool heater was complicated at best. Only headed hot tub 1 night, so didn’t really matter to us. Pool was perfect temp without assistance. Big storm night before we left, what a fabulous way to end a great vacation in a beautiful home. Would stay here again for sure! Everything we needed, awesome neighborhood, easy walking in the evening and quiet.

Home for a week- Memories forever!

This gorgeous home with great views of canals and the great Florida skies is a keeper for sure. The home was spotless and so inviting the moment we walked in the door. We experienced a couple of very minor issues and the contact person was on it immediately. The pool and spa didn’t disappoint.We even received a thank you email to acknowledge the owner’s appreciation of us taking such good care of the place. stayed in a lot of rental homes and this one was one of the best!

Awesome stay!

Arrival was super easy. Hot tub and pool pump were not functioning when we arrived but was fixed within two days - Jim was very responsive. House was very clean and kitchen/bathroom/laundry was well stocked. Neighbourhood was very quiet, can't really walk to anything but lots of dining options within a short drive. Enjoyed fishing off the dock and even saw a dolphin one morning! Only con for us was that the smoke alarms were in a cupboard in the laundry room so we had to search for them and then find strategic places to put them near the bedrooms.

Beautiful vacation home

We were in Cape Coral for a week-long baseball tournament. This home was the perfect choice for my family! Upon walking in, you're greeted with amazing water views. The home was spotless and well maintained. The kitchen is fully stocked (pots/pans, plates, chef utensils, Keurig, etc), and the pool was ready for use. The neighborhood was quite and neighbors were friendly. We enjoyed riding the bikes in the evening, watching sunsets from the pool area/ lanai, and watching neighbors ride by on their boats. We texted the maintenance person once and he called within 30 minutes to resolve our question. I would definitely book this rental again in the future.

Spectacular house with Amazing view

Loved our stay! I wish I had another week just to take it in all again. I can’t even describe the water view of the pool/backyard. Nothing short of breath taking. The house was spotless. The kitchen was gorgeous. Anybody who enjoys cooking, will enjoy this beauty. Loved the layout, The bedrooms were on opposite sides of the house, making it easy for those of us who had to “work” while on vacation time, could step out to the covered patio, get comfortable at a beautiful table and work until you finally give in to the hot tub or pool. When done with the pool, beautiful lawn furniture was at your service. No need to overpack as you have a washer/dryer to use. Make sure you read the “information” binder that’s on the foyer table. They did a great job of telling you everything you might need to know. I’m sorry that I had to take a “point” off of “overall rating”. There was a problem with the hot tub’s “bubbler”. It wouldn't stay on, making for a “cold” hot tub. Management was always easy to get ahold of, sending someone out. It worked for a while, but then wouldn’t turn on the next day. Hopefully it was functioning for the next guest. Would we stay again? ABSOLUTELY! It truly was one the best restful places yet! Can’t wait to visit again. Thanks to all.
