Great stay

We enjoyed our month at villa Rebecca. Other than missing a blender, the home had almost everything we needed for our vacation. Location on a canal was perfect, but the property could use a few upgrades.

Snow birds

Some maintenance needs to be addressed. Is furniture should be updated. Overall the house is very clean and has lots of towels, And the kitchen is well stocked with cooking pots and pans, The shower in the master bedroom is wonderful, The location of the house is really nice close to anything that you would need. We really enjoyed our stay in this house, And the property managers were awesome

Dirty

The carpet in the bedrooms is terrible all the house is very dirty. Found cucarachas everywhere. The locks on the glass door did not work and they never fixed. The solar system for the pool worked only 2 days. The house is very nice but needs a lot of attention inside and out. We believe that the price is very high for what it is. Also, the electric bill was never addressed before arrival.

Spring Break girls trip

This was the perfect place for our trip. We each had our own bedroom and the pool was wonderful!! We enjoyed sitting outside enjoying the quietness of the neighborhood overlooking the canal. The table and chairs outside were so nice to have. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary equipment; dishes, utensils, pots & pans, etc, as well as necessary appliances. The master bath has been updated and is really nice and the beds were comfortable and we all slept well. I do have a couple of recommendations. New pillows are needed on all of the beds. The current pillows are very flat. The carpet desperately needs to be cleaned. There are lots of stains and spots and it just doesn't look clean. Also, the dryer had a hard time drying our towels and clothes. It took a lot of time to get them dry. But all in all, it was the perfect place for our trip. Thank You!

Not relaxing

The home was very nice. 2 days after arriving, there was a new house being built next door! I spent the next 3 weeks listing to the construction. I came to relax, and it was anything but that. Started at 7 am till 6 pm. We couldn’t even talk on the phone outside it was sooooo loud! It was impossible to relax in the pool. I requested to be moved to another rental, but was told there was nothing available. The rental company was enjoyable to work with.

Very Enjoyable!

We were very fortunate to be able to vacation at this home – it is delightful. A wall of windows looks out to the pool, patio and canal. The manager of the home was very pleasant, responsive and helpful. The house and kitchen were clean and came with extra sanitation products. The kitchen had ample cooking/baking equipment and dishes. The solar powered pool worked great and came with a blanket to keep heat in the water at night. Chairs at the home were comfortable for lounging and reading. The TV, DVD player, streaming video channels, and internet worked well. For a very small fee, the Cape Coral Public Library loans books and DVDs that we enjoyed for evening entertainment. The house is easy driving distance to Publix to pick up any paper products, supplies and groceries needed. We greatly appreciate that the home is dog friendly and it was nice to see the owners have cherished pet photos in the home. Thank you so much for an enjoyable and relaxing home to vacation in!!

Wonderful home in Cape Coral!

Wonderful home and surrounding area. Had everything we needed. Pool was beautiful and warm. Would definitely stay again.
