Villa Sunset Corners, perfect for families, BBQ, Pool and hot tub

Elegant Florida Architecture under palm trees awaits you in the Villa Sunset Corners. This vacation home was renovated in 2021 and amazes with large, sunlit rooms and high-quality furniture. Up to 6 guests will find enough space, as the villa features 3 bedrooms.

The master bedroom is a cozy refuge with king-size bed, sitting area, TV and its own bathroom. The other two bedrooms are equipped with queen-size beds and also have a TV. They share the second bathroom, where the shower is accompanied by a large bathtub. In addition, there is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

Movie nights with the whole family are no problem, as the living area features comfortable sofas and a flat-screen TV. Like all rooms, this area is fully air-conditioned. A sliding door separates the living room from the lanai.

A perfect place for hobby chefs is the villa´s kitchen. Thanks to its spacious design and large kitchen isle, everybody can join in on the cooking. Refrigerator, stove plates, oven and microwave are available – just like a dishwasher, cutlery, dishes and all the utensils you need to prepare delicious meals.

While the bar stools at the counter are ideal for snacks, the living area also features two dining tables.

Florida´s sunny weather draws guests outside – therefore, the villa features a large pool area. Cozy lounge chairs, sunbeds and a new outdoor kitchen with gas grill for barbecues are available, and of course, you are welcome to use the heated pool at any time. In the evening, there is nothing better than enjoying a drink under the villa´s charming Tiki Hut – a perfect place to celebrate the sunset.

Beach chairs, parasol and cooler are located in the garage. And what better way to use them than a trip to the beach? The villa features a boat dock, and the saltwater canal provides access to the Caloosahatchee River. From there, you can freely make your way to vacation spots like Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, Captiva or Pine Island.

Bicycles are also available in the garage, so you can explore the surroundings to your heart´s content. For example – how about a 10-minute bike ride to the Fellowship Park with its playground? Grocery shopping is no problem, either, as the supermarkets Walmart, Publix and Aldi can be reached in 10 minutes by car. If you prefer eating out, you will find a large selection of restaurants 2 miles to the north. Families should not miss two of Cape Coral´s favorite spots for children: Sun Splash Family Waterpark and Gator Mike´s Family Fun Park. Both are just a 15-minute car ride away.
