In Southwest Cape Coral, surrounded by lush palm-trees, the Villa Surfside amazes with Mediterranean Florida architecture, large, sunlit rooms and elegant wood furniture.

6 guests will find peace and quiet in the villa´s 3 bedrooms. From the master bedroom with double bed, you can directly access the pool area. In addition, this bedroom comes with a bathroom featuring a spacious walk-in shower and a bathtub. The other two bedrooms also have double beds and share the second bathroom.

In the living area, you are welcome to relax on leather sofas and watch TV, while the electric fireplace provides a cozy ambience. There is also an office, in case you need to finish some work.

You love to cook for your whole family? Thanks to the villa´s fully equipped kitchen, this is no problem. In addition to an oven, stove plates, a microwave and a refrigerator, you will find plenty of utensils, dishes, cutlery and a dishwasher – as well as enough workspace and a kitchen counter with bar stools.

Of course, no vacation in the Sunshine State would be complete without a barbecue. Therefore, the villa features an outdoor kitchen with water supply, gas grill and comfortable bar stools. You can enjoy your meals in the tastefully decorated dining area – or in the shaded area of the lanai, overlooking Cape Coral´s canal.

In the open section of the lanai, you will find a heatable pool. Here, you can swim at any weather. There is also a jacuzzi and a roofed lunge area. The Tiki Hut by the water is perfect for enjoying a drink in the evening, and the villa provides a kayak, so you can explore Cape Coral´s waterways. If you prefer a tour on land, you are welcome to use the villa´s 3 bicycles.

Of course, there is always the option to go by boat. Just take the beach chairs, parasol and cooler from the garage, and start your trip to Fort Myers Beach, Captiva, Sanibel or Pine Island. Thanks to the adjacent saltwater canal, only one boat lock separates you from open waters.

Self-Caterers will love the villa´s idyllic, yet convenient location. In 10 minutes or less, you can reach the supermarkets Publix, Walmart and Aldi by car – as well as the shopping centers Surfside and Camelot Isles. Camelot Park with its playground lies 4.3 miles to the south, and if it´s exciting slides you are after, we recommend the 15-minute car ride to Sun Splash Family Waterpark.
