Nice stay at the Sundog

5113 Avalon was very nice, clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We enjoyed the pool and taking walks in the neighborhood with our dogs. The house matches all the pictures in the listing.

Pleased in Paradise

This property worked out just perfectly for us. Within blocks of our friends and so many great places in downtown Cape. Pool life was outstanding. Every kitchen utensil imaginable to have meals at home, comfy beds, great showers.

What a great house. It was so clean and comfortable. I stayed in touch in with manager too. Very friendly! We walked every morning in the hood, it was a very safe and clean neighborhood too. I would definitely stay here again.

House and pool were exactly as pictured and described. We had an awesome stay enjoyng the bikes, the pool, the local Yacht Club and the variety of beaches. We would highly recommend this location.

Clean and modern retreat

This property is amazing. It is very clean and nicely remodeled. The kitchen is very well equipped, the pool is nice, and the house also comes with a ping pong table, bikes and kayaks. The property location provides easy access to the river.

We needed to get away from the cold and isolation. We are seniors so we continued to shelter for Covid but took bikes rides, walked, played ping pong. We enjoyed the pool in warmer days

First Time in Cape Coral

The house was exactly as shown in the ad and seeing it up close and personal brought smiles to our faces. Renee was fantastic. Couldn't ask for a better manager. Cape Coral turned out to be a welcome surprise. We all really liked the Town and quiet area we were in. Of course, it helped that Mom Nature did her thing and pool everyday and safe outdoor dining were easy. If I could wish for one thing....it would have been the keys for the boat at our dock.

Nice quiet neighborhood

Nice house in a nice neighborhood. Well stocked with everything we needed. Loved having the bikes to ride. So nice having our own pool. A few things I had to contact Renee about. She was quick to respond and got it taken care of.

Staff & food were good, enjoyed Happy Hour specials. We had never been to this restaurant before, and were told to sit anywhere we liked. We chose a table, then after ordering our drinks, realized that we were in the smoking section. We've become spoiled by the fact that so many establishments are now completely smoke free, indoors & outdoors, that it never occurred to us to check this out first. Our server graciously allowed us to move; it was an improvement, but just as I found when restaurants initially started having separate smoking sections indoors years ago, smoke travels, and if smoking is permitted, there truly is no such thing as a smoke-free area. Would probably still return, but remember to sit as far from smoking section as possible.

Incredibly considerate, we would never have thought to do that. House had many upgrades: to those who previously stated that there were no electrical outlets in master bath, now there are!! Loved the swimming pool- swam nearly every day of our month-long stay. Had to use heat during last week; it didn't work. Not long after we called, John arrived and within a short amount of time had the heat working. Would love to stay there again.

Gute Küchenausstattung, riesiger Kühlschrank. Schöner und grosser Pool mit Morgensonnen (ab ca. 16 Uhr im Schatten - aber genügend warm). Gartenmöbel für 6 Personen, Stühle mit Sitzauflagen. Grosser Aufenthaltsraum sowie offen anschliessender Wohn-/Essbereich im gemütlichen Stil und inkl. Sitzmöglichkeiten (2 Sofa's). Drei sep. Schlafzimmer - zwei mit Doppelbetten, eines mit Stockbett. 2 Badezimmer - 1 mit Dusche eines mit Badewanne. Separate Garage mit Kanus und Fahrrädern zur Benutzung. Ruhige Lage direkt am Kanal, ca. 5 Autominuten zum Strand von Cape Coral und 5 Autominuten zu den nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Feedback und sehr zu empfehlen - sowohl für Familien wie auch Einzelpersonen/Kleingruppe.
