Bright and beautiful 3 bed home. Lots of character and style.
This is a home with great warmth and charm. It is decorated with pieces that we have collected from our travels. It is an interesting and eclectic home with attention to detail. Beautiful light fills the whole house. It is open and airy. A breath of fresh air. It is not fussy, just simple and classic. Tucked away on a tree-lined road in vibrant Claremont; one of the best things about our home is that it is situated in a busy pedestrian area so you can safely walk around our neighbourhood.
Inside:
3 decent sized bedrooms. Main en suite.
2.5 bathrooms.
Spacious sitting room. UHD TV with Dstv. Harmon Kardon sound.
Dining room seats 10 + with spectacular crystal chandelier.
Fully equipped kitchen. Ph7 water filter fitted for delicious healthy water.
Beautiful view of Table Mountain from 2 bedrooms. Main bedroom has a balcony to sit and relax on.
Outdoors:
All the rooms face onto a lush garden courtyard, so the house is flooded with natural light and greenery.
The house has great flow from inside to outside and is ideal for entertaining.
There is a Weber BBQ/braai available for those who would like to braai outside.
Included:
Fresh linen, towels and bathroom amenities at arrival.
Change of linen and towels mid week.
Housekeeping by the fabulous Thabela.
Tea and coffee will be available when you arrive and the kitchen is well stocked with condiments that you may need.

Bose Sound Touch music system.
Most rooms have mood lighting.
Top of the range mattresses.
Egyptian cotton sheets.

Close to all the trendy and vibrant restaurants of the Southern Suburbs

Off street parking for up to 3 cars behind a remote controlled gate.

There is an excellent alarm system which is user-friendly.
Electric fencing around the perimeter of the property and internal sensors and beams, to ensure optimal security.
And the usual stuff:
Iron, ironing board, hangers, and hairdryer are all available.
Bed Sizes:
Bedroom One: Queen sized bed with extra length.
Bedroom Two: Queen sized bed.
Bedroom Three: Double bed.
For the children:
Full games cupboard, adults games in there too.
There is a park just a few meters down the road.

We are flexible with regards to check-in and check-out times unless there are same day bookings, which we try to avoid. Let us know your plans and we will try to accommodate them to the best of our abilities.

Neighborhood overview:
Claremont is known as The Heart of Cape Town.
It is a large leafy suburb with a host of great shops and restaurants.
Newlands Stadium is within walking distance.
Claremont has a good dose of students due to it's proximity to the University of Cape Town and a lots of families due to it being in an area with good schools. Young and Fun!
Other things to note:
Cape Town is a driving city.
Public transport is limited.
You will have to travel by car/Uber to most of Cape Towns attractions, no matter where you stay, as they are all quite spread out.
Uber is a safe and reliable way of getting around in Cape Town.
