Rule 1: Strictly No Smoking Smoking of any kind—including cigarettes, vapes, e-cigarettes, or any other substance—is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, both indoors and outdoors. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction without warning.
Rule 2: Zero Tolerance for Unauthorized Visitors Only registered guests who are included in the original reservation are allowed on the property. No guest may bring visitors, friends, or additional people who are not part of the confirmed booking. This is a zero-tolerance policy, and any violation will result in immediate eviction.
Rule 3: Identification Document Needed upon arrival The guest who made the booking must be the one to check in. A physical form of government-issued ID (passport, driver’s license, or national ID) must be presented upon arrival to verify the booking. Unfortunately, we cannot allow check-in for third parties or individuals whose names do not match the reservation.
