Host had a maid meet us at the front almost 2 hour AFTER our planned time of 2pm. That woman was not familiar with the property. She did not address any of my questions but was learning as we were. Pool was murky. The whole floor had an awful smell particularly unit 501. Awful pungent smell from the living room that Irritated my throat and I had to forego 3 nights and found another place to stay. Was in touch with Host agents the entire time (Zaanley AND Kaylene) and they could not refund any money.
