We stay at a room with kitchenette and living room. The room space is suitable for a family of 3 to 4 persons. The staffs are friendly. The location is nice.

I paid for Superior Apartment and was checked into a standard apartment which was very discouraging till I managed to realized I was in the wrong apartment, then I screamed at the management. That was very heart breaking after paying so much.

Der Kontakt war äußerst freundlich, die Ausstattung war okay, das Appartement sauber. Leider ist der Pool lediglich ein dreckiger Tümpel mit schwimmenden Mülltüten und nicht nutzbar, die Aufzüge amateurhaft geschaltet, so dass es gerne mal 15 Min dauert bis einer kommt und die Küchenutensilien teilweise in fragwürdigem Zustand.

Parking in a private garage was nice. It was very hard to charge devices bc plugs were only in the kitchen. Trying to use electronic hair device was very difficult. Room got very very warm and we ended up sweating both nights we were there. There was no fan or ac. Location was central which was nice. Staff was friendly.

L'appartement était spacieux et nous offrait une belle vue du port et de Table Mountain. L'hôtel est bien situé soit ;à 10 minutes de marche du V&A Waterfront. Point négatif, les restaurants autour de l'hôtel ferme tôt et la piscine de l'hôtel a besoin d'entretien.

I have enjoyed staying at Icon Apartments several times over the last few years and felt that on this occasion the apartment was rather tired in appearance and the cleanliness was not up to previous standards. Also, there was no washing machine, which every apartment is advertised as having. It was still good value but left me feeling a little disappointed on this occasion.

Ok but not more than that

Ok but not more than that. Some problem when we were checking in, they couldn’t find our booking and after maybe 20 min they found it... The room was ok and clean. I’d rather stay in the waterfront area next time.

Icon Apartments in Cape Town really is Home from Home. This is now my 2nd stay in the apartments & is the best accommodation in Cape Town. The location is perfect for everything Cape Town has to officer & last and not least the staff are the friendliest and most helpful people you could wish for! Sehr gutes Sicherheitskonzept. Trotz das das Hotel an einer großen Straße liegt, hört man den Verkehr nicht. TG Stellplatz. Food Markt mit Top qualitativen Essen im EG. Kurze Distanzen zu Fuß zur Long Street und Waterfront.

The building has lots of potential, but I had a problem with the water through out my stay . On the first night the shower pressure was extremely low. The water literally trickled from the shower head . I notified the front desk of this problem and it was remedied 48 hours later. The same day the the shower was fixed, the city shut off the water in the building . Water service was restored 28 hours later . The front desk did provide bottled water , but this was very inconvenient. When the water was restored to the apartment, the shower didn’t work properly again. Maintenance came and it was discovered that there was sand in the pipes that prevented water flow. Maintenance managed to fix the problem , but once again this whole ordeal was inconvenient. The front desk and management communicated as clearly as possible throughout the water debacle and provided bottled water when there wasn’t any water in the apartment. The water worked appropriately on the last two days of my seven day stay. Housekeeping was adequate, but they should pay more attention to detail. The doors and walls need to be cleaned and the vent in the bathroom should be dusted. Everything else was fine. If the water was working properly, this would have been a wonderful stay. My apartment had everything I needed and the view of Table Mountain was spectacular.

The apartment is beautiful and spacious. Walking distance to the convention center. The staff are very friendly and helpful from the time you arrive to when you leave.
