Enjoy the spacious living areas which flow easily from the inside lounge to the outside shaded dining area. The living areas are open plan to the modern fully equipped kitchen and perfect for entertaining.
An inverter has been installed which powers lights, plugs and internet during periods of load shedding (electricity outages), which happens from time to time in South Africa.
The sun deck has comfortable loungers where you can relax and hop into the private swimming pool. All while enjoying sea views.
All 4 bedrooms are furnished with luxurious beds and are en-suite. Three of the 4 bedrooms have sea views, while the fourth bedroom looks onto Lion's Head and has a private balcony.
On the lower level of the apartment is the TV room with large L-shaped sofas as well as a small gym area.
