Sunrise Sea Villa is a homely, charming beach house situated in Murdock Valley South, 4 kilometres from Simon’s Town, a quaint and historic naval village and close to the famous penguin sanctuary and Cape of Good Hope .

See the pristine coastlines where The African Sun melts into the shimmering deep oceans. The home has magnificent views overlooking False Bay and the surrounding mountains where whales and dolphins are often spotted. The closest beach is a 7 minute walk away.

SELF CATERING VILLA

The self catering villa has an open plan lounge, dining-room and kitchen. 2 bedrooms en suite with double beds lead through French doors onto an inviting patio with plunge pool.

The adjacent flatlet can sleep up to 3 people. It has a bathroom and kitchenette and a separate entrance. It can be rented as a separate unit. Additionally, the flatlet has an added entrance into the rest of the house. This means that the whole Villa inclusive of the flatlet can comfortably sleep up to 7 people.


Prices are negotiable for longer stays i.e more than one month. DEPOSIT of 50% required to secure booking with remaining amount paid 2 weeks before arrival. MINIMUM STAY: 2 NIGHTS
