This apartment was amazing and looks just like the photos. It suited our family of four (including two teenage girls) perfectly for a three-night stay.
Arrival was the one weak spot. Check-in was delayed by an hour (which I requested as a late checkout), but the representative then ran even later. Waiting in the afternoon heat, with a doorman who couldn’t let us up, wasn’t a great start.
Once inside, it was spotless and had everything we needed: shower gel, shampoo, soap, coffee, sugar and even a small bottle of milk. A lovely touch.
The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and a few shops right below. Shift Espresso earned a second breakfast visit, Bootleggers was great, and The Hudson’s bar leaner is perfect for watching the street go by. The V&A Waterfront (and the Red hop-on/hop-off bus stop) is an easy, flat 20-minute stroll, so we barely needed Ubers.
A few small issues: the Super King bed had a smaller fitted sheet (a replacement was too late the first day, didn't arrive the second day, so I said don't worry about it for us), and the bathroom and kids’ room have worn cords that bunch up and make the blinds lopsided when pulled up. I photographed them straight away. The Propr team were quick to respond to my queries.
My favourite feature was the wooden indoor shutters. They fold right back to the end of the window row and open up a fantastic view.
I’d happily stay here again!
