「A cosy, characturful, and soulful home away from home. Loved our stay here, from the delicious breakfast to the charming rooms, every detail was perfect. Would highly recommend if visiting Cape Town.」
「Nice apartment but smaller than expected. Tiny bathroom.
The rooftop pool has incredible views over table mountain. However, be aware the pool water was freezing cold, you're not allowed to drink alcohol up there and there's no WiFi. The apartment didn't have a balcony or any significant views which was a shame but I think some of the others did.
It's about half an hour walk to the waterfront. There are local restaurants and fast food places close by. The Halo cafe in the building is great for...
「Everything was great.
1. Mainly the daily maintenance and stuff behaviour was so good.
2. I reached around 12 pm and the check in time was 3 pm, I requested them for early check in and they immediately gave me one clean room, thanks for that.
3. There are some good restaurants in the neighbourhood, so it’s convenient.
I have some suggestions for the house though:
1. One exhaust fan in the toilet will be helpful.
2. The bathroom door should close properly otherwise unwanted smell from bathroom...
「The staff were incredible throughout, we loved them and their friendly helpful ways and will miss them.
The situation is also excellent with many amenities nearby.
Room service was also excellent BUT the noise from the Irish pub over the road was awful and completely disrupted our sleep on the 2nd night which was a Friday night, and partially disrupted it on the Saturday night.
Breakfast at the Dock House Boutique hotel was also really uninspiring - small room felt claustrophobic and the food...
「Simon & Sammi went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and help us enjoy our vacation. I arrived at the hotel exhausted (from a 16 hour direct flight from the U.S.) and upset because the airline lost our luggage. Simon was off the clock and preparing to go home when he saw us arrive. Once we got inside and saw no one was at the front desk, Simon immediately came back in and checked us in to our room, contacted housekeeping so they could wash the clothes we had on our backs. He even...
100/10」
「location wise, It's not exactly at the waterfront area, however, it's still well connect with the most pleasant area in Cape Town. I think the complimentary shuttle boat make the difference.
We had a mountain view double room, which is quite amazing. We can see the table mountain directly from our window.
The parking is quite nice, however, there's an extra fee on it.
The stuffs are nice, still lack of experience.
In general, I'd stay here again if I had the chance to visit the city again.」
