A centrally located house with a breathtaking view of the Island.

Centrally located (4 min walking from the famous 'La Piazzetta'), our cozy house combines the feeling of a homey environment to the outstanding beauty that can be admired from its large private terrace. Thanks to its quiet, the terrace is the ideal spot to eat all together, to take sun, to relax after a day at the beach or a hike, to watch the sunset, and look up at the sky to see the falling stars. "La Terrazza di Eduardo" is located 4 min walking from the central "La Piazzetta", from the funicolar and the main bus and taxi station. Its location represents a top quality, because it allows you to move by foot to easily get to all the wonderful places in Capri. Therefore, our house is a few minutes walking far from most of the restaurants, bars and shops. On the other hand, the large private terrace of our house allows you to enjoy the peace and the view while you are lying under the stars. The house offers the master bedroom including 1 queen bed and 1 murphy single bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 living room with a sofa double bed. The house is equipped with a baby cot for child up to 4 years, a high chair for small child. The house is also equipped with duvets and blankets for all the beds, as well as obviously the sheets. The master bedroom and the living room open onto a balcony, while the other bedroom opens onto the private terrace and its view. The house offers a fully-equipped bathroom and a fully-equipped kitchen. At your arrival, you will find a booklet including the House Rules and Instructions, and a booklet with all information regarding the restaurants, bars, beaches, hikes, churches, museums, local dishes, transport and logistic services. Our favorite restaurants and bars are highlighted in yellow. We will send you by e-mail a events calendar that is provided by the Capri Tourism Office located in the central "La Piazzetta" close to the newsagent. We are available to provide you customized plans to let you live an authentic experience.

Amazing views from the terrace. The kitchen was handy to have as food on Capri is very expensive. There is a great supermarket just up the road - very reasonable price so we cooked most meals at home. If you are a light sleeper, the noise from the lane way beside the apartment is quite loud with electric carts speeding past from early in the morning and people walking home late at night. Would definitely recommend this place other than that.

Beautiful Apartment with Gorgeous View

Great location close to main square, but on a quiet walking path. Host Annamaria was excellent and very kind. Helped us with dinner reservations and even let us borrow her umbrellas because we had lots of rain. Only thing that would’ve made the trip better was more sunshine. Unable to do some of our planned activities because of the weather. But this is the place to stay when you visit Capri!

Magical, stunning views in the Heart of Capri

We cannot say enough about this wonderful apartment in capri. We were overwhelmed with the large sunny patio that has a stupendous view of the Village and the sea. Absolutely gorgeous. The apartment was comfortable and clean and the caretaker was right next door to help with any questions. nice to have a washing machine too. A short walk to the main piazza and anything else you need such as market, restaurants etc. So lovely!!

Excellent location! It’s easy to access all hiking trails in Capri and Anacapri. A big grocery store is close to the property. Private terrace is very useful. All our evenings were there. Annamarie, who looks after this property, is very friendly, helpful and professional. We had a great time!

Stunning view and great location

This compact and pleasant apartment is central to the shops and restaurants of Capri. A great starting point for sightseeing and walks. Spacious patio with retractable shade for the midday sun; we enjoyed wine, cheese, and watching the sunrise and sunsets while playing Scrabble. Steep steps and a sharp corner, so for able-bodied visitors only. The AC was good for the hot nights. The washing machine and drying rack worked great. We could have used a microwave and couldn't light the only stove burner small enough for a moka pot, but the caretaker Annamarie was responsive and friendly. Perfect for a couple's get-away, or for a 'sister's trip,' like ours. But the bath is small and the space is intimate, so take that into consideration if travelling with adults. And though a close walk from the funicular and bus station, taxis are not available to the door of this location, so if you are lugging roller bags or lots of luggage, be prepared for a significant and loud drag through the Capri cobblestones.

Perfect location to enjoy Capri!

Honestly, Capri was so beautiful that we barely spent any time in this unit. The location was perfect to get around to all the spots you want to see. Walking distance to some amazing restaurants so we actually barely used the kitchen but it seemed to be well stocked. The patio was so wonderful to wind down, sipping wine in the evenings. Amazing communication with the owners and checking in/out was a breeze. Thank you for hosting us!

Amazing Location, Wonderful Host

We just left our visit to Capri having gone to visit with family. Mariacristina was a very gracious host. The home is well equipped with everything needed to prepare a simple meal, exceptionally clean, and well organized. We are thankful for having such a lovely home to borrow during our stay. The patio is magical and allows one to have a beautiful view while enjoying a cup of coffee or dinner. We will look to stay here in the future!!!

Literally spent hours researching apartments in Napoli, Sorrento and Capri. I chose this place based on the prior feedback of this hostess responsiveness to her guests as well as the absolutely amazing sea view. It was even more incredible to actually experience. Very true to witness the movement of the night sky above. As a solo female traveler, I am grateful I was able to find such an amazing place! Bagni Internazionali is a restaurant I found by walking downhill from this apartment. I would highly recommend as the food and service are amazing! Look just a few steps up for a very simpatico blonde woman who can help you rent a boat. I am very pleased to have found her! She arranged a two hour tour - incredible and unforgettable experience. She even gave me the remainder of a tube of sunscreen....very helpful. Just a short walk up, I found a really nice park like area...likely part of a restaurant. What a beautiful tree in a garden with moonlight white roses and other white flowers. I definitely look forward to returning to this gem of a place on the isle of Capri!

Beautiful view and great location

The apartment is small but clean and was just right for our group of four. The views from the terrace are amazing and we spent our nights out there with a bottle of wine. The location is perfect, and you are close to the main piazetta. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone going to Capri.

Capri is high-end everything. Food, gelato, shopping ...

This apartment felt like home and has two amazing balconies with great views. The owner is fabulous with communication. It's not completely clear on the listing but there's a great sunroom off the huge main terrace. Walking to the main square of Capri town was a daily activity for us and the location of this apartment was quite convenient: no uphill treks like when you visit Villa Jovis. Stay here for a nice family holiday in the heart of Capri.
