great

we got a little upgrade during the stay. the staff was friendly. you need to walk some stairs before reaching the hotel. there was no elevator in the hotel but we were fine. the balcony has stunning view of Capri!

Amazing view!

Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Capri. Great location, breakfast. A clear room with balcony and amazing view, although the bathroom is tiny. Hotel staffs are so friendly and helpful.

值得來住的hotel

很棒的服務、飯店很新聽說剛裝潢好的，窗外就是海景、員工很親切且很幫忙，還一直介紹要去哪各景點看風景、一抵達就送上一杯卡布，體驗很好。房間落地窗就有無敵海景。雖然飯店是位於車輛無法抵達的地方，須走一段路且會遇到樓梯，有點辛苦，不過為了服務和海景都可以接受啦。床與枕頭都好睡、房間還有小冰箱和熱水壺、還用卡布里島香水擴香、家具與備品也都用得不錯。

The location it’s perfect, close to the piazzetta and the buses. The hotel is small but you can have breakfast enjoying the most stunning view of Capri. My room was very spacious, clean and the balcony with the same amazing view. Also the staff were extremely nice and helpful, I had the best experience!!

Capri is a beautiful place and a must visit in this area of Italy. Although it is advised not to plan Capri as your last destination as Ferrys can be cancelled due to sea conditions. The room was wonderful at this hotel with a balcony overlooking the port and clean. Staff were friendly and efficient with a variety buffet breakfast, with some seating overlooking the port. The hotel is located just a couple of minutes from the centre of Capri, near the bus station and funicular for easy access around the island and from the port. There is also a sizeable supermarket 5 minutes or so alway. Very quiet room with no issues of outside noise and whilst we all begrudge opening our wallets; this hotel was good value for the area and includes the all important cake options that many Italian buffets include - who are we to say no! More into Capri: 1. During the off season there are fewer ferries and almost all restaurants are closed, although several cafes are open. Evening meals will require planning and DO NOT rely on Google telling you something is open as it does not usually account for the seasonal workings of these areas. 2. You are always going up or down a slope, usually via steps, when not using public transport and away from the main squares. However, if you're willing to do some walking, there are INCREDIBLE sites to see around the island

This place is beautiful! The views will take your breath away. Everything is super clean and comfortable. Best of all is Orlando, the owner. He is the kindest and sweetest person in the world. He goes out of his way to help you and make you feel at home. On the morning of my departure, he made me the best macchiato I’ve ever had. And when I arrived, since it was my birthday, he bought me a rose. I recommend this place above all others. Cons: Do NOT attempt to walk up. Take the bus, a taxi, or any other method of transportation. In winter, it’s still a beautiful town but completely dead. Everything is closed, and if the weather is bad, the wind won’t even let you leave your room. The espresso at the little café right across the street that leads to the ferry costs $6.50 😝, at least for tourists. The most expensive espresso I’ve had in Italy.

Very clean and fresh. The view of the ocean was BEAUTIFUL. The staff was very kind and professional! The room was very quaint and clean. The bathroom was equipped with a full size hair dryer that actually had a regular cord, so it was easy to dry my hair! The plumbing worked well including a great shower head, sink, and toilet. Loved having a window in the bathroom! It was a quiet hotel. The only aspect not so great was when the room is closed, there is no ventillation and I became so hot that night, that I perspired immensely. We were on the fourth floor.

Great Stay, but Privacy Needs Improvement

The property is very well located, with a wonderful sea view. The room was always clean and organized, and we were warmly welcomed. The only inconvenience was with the housekeeping staff, who entered the room several times while we were still inside, making unnecessary comments and compromising privacy.

The room very spacious and had an amazing view. Definitely worth an upgrade to a room with a balcony and view. Breakfast was decent with a few options of fruits, breads, cheeses, meats etc… it was close to the center without being hectic at all. The downside was the staff who seemed annoyed by the clients. They allowed me to drop bags off early, and said come back at 1:00 to check in. When I did they complained in Italian thinking I wouldn’t understand. Also at breakfast he complained about people not wanting to pay Capri prices for the rooms. The hotel itself is very nice, the staff wasn’t the friendliest.

Melhor vista

Tive uma agradabilíssima estadia. A suite não poderia ter uma vista melhor! Quarto limpo e confortável, bem decorado no coração de Capri! Fácil acesso a funiculare, ônibus, táxi e locomoção. Funcionários extremamente simpáticos e solícitos. Café da manhã agradável. Há apenas uma pequena dificuldade em se chegar com as malas por conta de um lance de escadas mas ainda assim vale a localização e vista inesquecível da nossa varanda!
