By far, one of the best stays we’ve ever had. I feel like we had clean towels every single time we returned to our room. The pool was immaculate and the view of the sea was absolutely stunning. Would highly recommend for a couples vacation/honeymoon! So close to the shops and restaurants as well. It was such a relaxing time and we felt so taken care of every moment we were there. The hotel has lovely, bright rooms with sea views, which we really enjoyed. Breakfast is typical of a four-star hotel, with freshly squeezed juice and eggs cooked to order available. The swimming pool is quite large, and it was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. Unfortunately, the pool is not heated, which was our biggest disappointment. The water is too cold for comfortable swimming, and we didn’t see anyone using it. The hotel’s location is excellent.

Mamela was the perfect honeymoon hotel for our stay in Capri. They upgraded our room and were accommodating to us extending our stay with no room change. Bag service up the mountain for our arrival allowed us to explore the restaurants and shops immediately and a car service down the mountain for our return to Naples made the departure comfortable. The pool is stunning, staff is wonderful, views impeccable and it’s located perfectly on a quiet street just one street over from the main hustle and bustle. The room was perfect and clean as were the entire grounds. 10/10 we will be returning to this hotel again.

Very clean, newly renovated, amazing pool and sunbeds with pillows. The staff and the reception are so nice and helpful. The bedrooms are spacious with lovely beds and lovely bathroom. The staff comes to prepare your room for sleeping. I would recommend this hotel very much. It is also very close to everything, walkable, but in a quiet area. If you can, o would suggest a room with sea view because the view is just amazing on the sea

We absolutely love Hotel Mamela. The building, the rooms, the pool— they are all wonderful. Throughout, there is exceptional attention to detail. The staff is very good, particularly the pool and dining staff. Prior to arriving to the hotel, I contracted food poisoning. The Mamela staff cooked me “bland” food— off the menu— for several days. The pool staff is attentive, fixing everything so it is just-right. Our only regret is that we did not stay longer— something we will remedy when we visit Capri again. In the meantime, we have wonderful memories to carry with us.
