「Pros: Nice unit, nice grounds and pools. Well stocked, good location. Nice pavilion, with bbqs, for watching sunsets,Cons: No place to load & unload on the left side. Parking spots often taken. Only 2 handicapped spots which seemed to be permanently occupied. Overall, a decent bargain.」

「We stayed here for nine nights and overall had a pleasant time on the Big Island, but we did feel the listing description set expectations that weren’t quite met. The condo is advertised as a deluxe penthouse, which felt a bit misleading. While the space is functional and the location is good, the unit itself is dated and would benefit greatly from an update.Cleanliness was another area where improvements could be made.
